Central location….unfortunately small windows in the room

非常核心中心的位置，在江邊，離米拉貝爾花園、要塞城堡、糧食衚衕都很近，附近美食雲集，古樸而韻味十足，前台的帥小夥非常熱情，贊！

Can't say enough good things about this hotel! The location is excellent, just over the bridge from the old town. The rooms are modern and super comfortable, with good air conditioning for hot days! Love the design of the hotel. Breakfast was terrific. Everyone was really helpful and kind.

An excellent stay at this unique boutique hotel in Altstadt Salzburg. Convenient walking distance to most city sights and restaurants. Entrance is a bit quirky through the bar - but well worth it as complimentary cookies, lovely cakes (2-3 PM each day), and welcome drinks are immediately offered. Stayed in the Garden Suite which was excellent; complete privacy as it is stand-alone at the rear of the property. Room was well-appointed (although no complimentary water, other than the first round-free small bottles from the refrigerator/minibar). Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, linen and toiletries ample and higher class. Best parts of course were the unique and well-laid out breakfast (eggs cooked on order) and the excellent staff - Laura, Miriam, Angelika, Ennis, another person whose name escapes - she was very helpful on the day we checked in, the chefs (who are magicians as they churn out delicious in-house cookies and cakes), housekeeping …all wonderfully friendly and helpful. They made our stay memorable. Thanks to them all! Shall return when in Salzburg next. 🙏

Gentle Hide was phenomenal in every way. Rooms are elegant and spacious, staff were helpful and courteous, breakfast was ample. We stayed at this hotel with our tour group and we were all raving about how wonderful it is. You would never know just how lovely it is based on its unassuming exterior. The hotel is steps from a bus stop to take you anywhere in the city. Walk over the bridge and you’re in Old Town in 5 minutes. Will stay here again the next time we visit!

I stayed here as part of a Rick Steves tour group, and we were all very complementary of this accommodation! The room was quiet, spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfast had a large variety to choose from, and was very tasty. The location was ideal, convenient to old town and all the sights. I would definitely stay here again!
