잘츠부르크, Europark Salzburg Taxham 근처 호텔

Die Zimmer sind schön und sehr ruhig. Das Negative: Wir hatten über die Plattform Trip.com gebucht und dort war das Frühstück mit 13 Euro angegeben, das man vor Ort bezahlen könne. Im Hotel verlangte man aber 19 Euro, obwohl ich die Webseite von Trip.com vorzeigte. Die Dame an der Rezeption meinte, die Fa. Trip.com wäre ein externer Anbieter und man müsse sich nicht an deren Preisen orientieren. Einen Nachlaß auf das Frühstück wollte sie nicht geben, da auch das Frühstück von einer externen Firma geliefert werde und das Hotel keinen Einfluß auf deren Preisgestaltung habe. Erhebt sich die Frage, wozu überhaupt noch jemand in der Rezeption steht, wenn man für nichts zuständig ist.

Die Kissen sind fluffig aber trotzdem viel zu weich, viel zu hoch und da kann man nicht drauf schlafen! (Gefühlssache!) Im Großen und Ganzen ok aber wir würden das nicht nochmal buchen... Bahnhofsviertel ist immer und überall sch... Lage ok und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit aber viel zu unerfahren und die Chefetage muss hier mal richtig ausbilden, so dass die jungen Leute was lernen und auch über Salzburg was sagen können, helfen können usw. etc.! Die Leute wissen ja nicht mal den Parkplatz für einen Kleinbus, kennen keine Märkte und wissen quasi nichts! Sehr schlecht geführt der Laden !!!

Outside of the Center e of Salzburg, there is this nice hotel: nice rooms, clean and, in general, good services. The personal is professional, but not always friendly. Breakfast is continental and very good. There is a big parking. Anyway, a good choice to stay.

Cocoon Salzburg - 10-13 July 2022 done both not all pix only the room This hotel is almost right across from the train station, on a corner, very easy to find - white 7 story building with a big butterfly outline on the glass doors. Inside the lobby is part of the bar and breakfast room. Checkin is super friendly. Room is small but wins the cuteness prize. Carpeting and walls in hallway all green with small leafy patterns like in a jungle. Bed is firm and very comfy, bedding is an interesting weave feeling like soft cotton paper, and 4 big fluffy pillows. No amenities in room such as phone, electric kettle or coffee makers, or even a small fridge. Has safe however. The hanging rattan chair is cute but takes up some room. Day couch by the window, no tables, night stands or desk - or chair for that matter (no room anyway). The most minimal amount of furniture, the idea I guess is all about lounging around so you don't ever need to sit up anywhere. Not much surface to layout stuff just a sort of narrow shelving on the wall next to the TV. Bathroom also tiny but everything is new and modern and the rain shower is the best ever. Takes a bit of maneuvering to get our two large suitcases settled. We are on the 6th floor so have a bit of view of mountains over the top of a building across the street. Windows have electrically controlled shutters outside (push button inside). You get a nice bar of chocolate and 5 euros for opting out housekeeping (although they said something about not continuing this practice). Floor uncarpeted. Aircon good. Wifi seems pretty fast. Nightlight under the bed is motion sensitive, so it comes on whenever you are moving around the room. Breakfast is good with scrambled and pre shaped fried eggs, sausage and bacon-like ham. Good selection of pastries and croissants and breads. Half dozen different kinds of tea all loose so need to scoop into a teabag in order to steep which is interesting and pretty fancy. Selection of cold meats as well and cheese. Tomato, cucumber and fruit. They don't check to see if you have breakfast included which is strange because it's extra charge for breakfast so not automatically included in all rooms. Overall a pretty good breakfast and food gets replenished pretty quickly. Seating tends to run out at peak time and people will ask to share your table if there is room.

We are tourists but don't generally like to stay right in the main tourist area. We were in Salzburg on a weekend and most of the hotels were quite expensive. This hotel is a good alternative as long as you don't mind being out of the center. Bus line 1 takes you straight from the train station to the hotel and likewise will take you back right into the tourist area. You can also walk from the hotel to ”old town” in 20-30 minutes. I asked for a room in a quiet area on a high floor away from the elevator and they gave me what was probably the best room in the hotel. We were on the top floor with a balcony (which we unfortunately couldn't use because of the rainy weather) and a mountain view. I'm sure some of the rooms (especially near the street) are in noisier areas. The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. Nothing to complain about. The hotel has over 50 rooms and also acts as the reception for their ”sister” property a couple of buildings away so I was a little surprised that they don't have 24 hour reception. However, it wasn't a problem for us. I would definitely stay here again.

훌륭한 가족 친화적 인 호텔입니다. 직원들은 영어를 잘하고 이해합니다. 매우 깨끗하고 객실은 편안합니다. 모든 직원은 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 이 호텔은 주거 지역에 있지만 올드 타운 (Old Town)과 모든 주요 관광 정류장까지 버스 타기는 단 10 분입니다. 버스 정류장은 호텔 바로 바깥에 있습니다. E는 다시 여기에있을 것입니다!
