Upon arrival the staff was very rude, not even hello but saying to pay up for the parking...the check in process was followed in a similar manner...the breakfast was a disaster, unfortunately the staff is not providing consistently information of what is included in the buffet breakfast i.e eggs. And people are unaware of this. No menu which would help to understand exactly what you paid for. The staff is too easy going clearly and lazy to ask any of the guests as its a burden/extra effort for them to prepare other things than just top up the buffet. never seen anything like this in other international locations/hotels. Upon following the rules provided the reception/hotel staff - booking designated hour for free of charge spa area utilization was also a disaster, other people were in the area upon entering in our designated time slot..this is unacceptable. As in this case is not a common area but a private booking as the hotel says..this mean that the hotel staff are not controlling the area, do not interested in their guest experience and its a bad one. Especially in a case where your are on a getaway with your partner or a honeymoon type stay and expect privacy ad per their rules. Also the htoel staff forgot to mentioned there is a bathroom makeover going on and two man is working right next to you where you supposedly put your swimming gear on with your partner have a private time...just leaves a bad taste in your month and ultimately was not confortable to relax in a normal way and utilize the amenities as designed. All in all, this hotel does not meet standard expectations, the staff definitely displaying a sub standard attitude, not following their own rules, and thsi is not a customer service for sure..may also be this a cultural difference but this must not happen in a tourist frequented hotel in a tourist town and it cannot be an excuse. Do not stay here I would not recommend it a for a good experience.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. Reception was great at giving restaurant and experience recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and included an assortment of different cakes and pastries, and other breakfast foods. The location is amazing as it is only 3 blocks away from the main square. Rooms have fully functional heating and air conditioning (which is great for Argentina). My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is terrible: it works for about 2 minutes and then goes out for 20 minutes, and could barely reach the 3rd floor. Also for some reason my room key deactivated two times, but as previously mentioned reception was very helpful.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce bel hôtel. Notre chambre (3ème étage) était très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire. Petit bémol pour la lenteur excessive de l'ascenseur. Petit déjeuner plutôt moyen. Le personnel était serviable.

Bon hôtel à proximité des principaux lieux intéressants de la ville (monuments, cathédrale, musées, restaurants..) dans une rue calme avec une vue sur la colline voisine ou grimpe un teleferique... Chambre vaste et propre. Pt déj correct au rest du rdc Don Fernando... Accueil sympathique et possibilité de parking intérieur.

Excelente hotel, mto sossegado, bem localizado, tudo funciona perfeito sem qualquer problema ou comentário a fazer, restaurante ótimo e bem servido, preços muito justos no Hotel e no Restaurante, vale bem a pena, assim super recomendo…

Muy buen hotel, bien ubicado en zona centrica de la ciudad de Salta, con buen estacionamiento (pago) , y a pocas cuadras de la plaza principal de la ciudad. El hotel debe tener sus años, pero esta muy bien cuidado, con habitaciones que se nota que han sido remodeladas no hace mucho, mi habitacion con vista al cerro, muy lindo. Con frigobar, A/A, buenos blackout para oscurecer, habitacion amplia, buen baño con ducha con excelente presion. Desayuno correcto, con lo tipico, panes , medialunas, dulces, cereales, frutas, pero podria ser un poco mas variado. Tiene piscina, que no conocí ni usamos, por lo que no puedo opinar, muy lindo hall en PB con comidos sillones, por lo que se ofrece una muy buena relacion precio calidad. Solo estuve 1 noche, pero probablemente volveria en mi proxima visita a la ciudad.
