Dirty, not maintained property, very old. The only good thing is the waterpark. It has one big ride that remained closed all 5 days. The rest of the pools have icecold water even in August. For that the resort charged over $200 extra! Toilet was broken; room amenities are terrible. Not sure why anyone will stay here.

I generally don't write reviews, but this place is horrible. We used an RCI week from a Gold Crown resort for this, since it was the only thing available in Quebec. I read the reviews and thought, it can't be that bad. On the positive side the staff were nice and helpful and it was fairly convenient, although about 20 miles to Quebec City. The place was dated, dirty, and not a pleasant place to be. I have attached some pictures. Going to our building we passed a junk trailer full of junk chairs. I thought, well I guess they are just loading it up. It was there every day this past week. Our unit was very small, but fairly comfortable. The TV in the living room kept cutting in and out but worked. The TV in the bedroom didn't work at all. The kitchen was stocked with minimal junk utensils. You could easily bend the forks they were so bad and there were only 4 of them which was a problem if you didn't want to run the dishwasher after almost every meal. I included a picture of the two sauce pans. One was tiny and the other was huge. If you wanted to cook something one was too small and the other way too big. There was one cutting knife that wouldn't cut anything and there was no way to sharpen it. The tub was incredibly slippery, which I think is a hazard, particularly for older people. It would be helpful to have a non slip mat for the tub. The patio was barely enough space for 2 chairs, flooded when it rained, and had weeds growing in it. Probably the worst was the chair in the living room (see attached picture). It was filthy and heavily stained. It was so bad that we didn't sit in it the whole time we were there. The sheets were the wrong size for the mattress and kept coming off. There was no mattress cover. There was only one little bar of soap so you have do move it between the sink and tub. The toilet needed to be flushed twice for everything to go down and the bedroom sink would fill up if the water was running, such as in shaving. I would never stay there again even if it were free. RCI should be embarrassed to include it as a "resort" in their exchange program program.

My list of concerns is numerous. Biggest complaint was the poor attitude the front desk staff had when i expressed my concerns. The majority of my concerns could have been alleviated by proper housekeeping after a guest left and before new arrivals arrived. We as guests were asked to review the list of items provided The same expectation should be expected of housekeeping staff and management.
