This charming beach house is in the BEST location ON THE ISLAND! Very close to beaches and the Village. Brand new pool and spa built 2023.
The front house is a 100 yr old charmer ringing back to the early 1900s architecture on the Island. 3 BR and 2 BA. Brand new bathroom and refreshed interiors. Luxurious linens and brand new beds make this place feel like a breath of fresh air. Enjoy grilling and chilling under the majestic, centuries old oak tree on the back deck. 3 Bedrooms feature large smart TV’s.
The guesthouse is 1 BR/1BA with pull out twin sofa. Updated Winter 2023.
Can sleep 12 total!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
