Everything about this hotel is like brand new, the Lobby, the Room, and the Bathroom. Maintenance is keeping everything like new. The room was exceptionally clean, as well was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the Air Conditioner worked well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

While traveling, got stuck in Saint Robert, Missouri, due to snow and the freeway being shut down. Stopped here after 6 pm, was able to get a great room at a great rate. Front desk, Thomas, is a GEM. He is very courteous, helpful and just a great person. Being from out of state, unprepared for snow, he and the staff accommodated me with some bags so I could go out in the snow! May seem small, yet for me it was huge, especially since all I had was flipflops, totally not suitable for snow. Though they have no on site restaurant there are plenty of places, walking distance, to go to.

Great Clean Pl. big Rooms breakfast is good. Everyone is super friendly. Customer service is great. Bathrooms are large. Nice clean place but highly recommend specially if you’re visiting the military base for graduations or other promotions or ceremonies

Great staff. Great Location. Lots of restaurants nearby. We have stayed here several days in June and a week here the past week in August for FLW graduation. We had a small issue but the mgt staff was quick to find a solution. We were in rooms 326 and 327

The hotel is nice, clean, and we had a good night'ssleep. It is in a good location to Ft Leonard Wood Army Base. However, the ADA room with a roll-in shower is not up to to ADA regulations. First the bed is higher than it should be. It should be 18-20 inches from the floor. Standard seat height for a wheelchair in the USA is 19 inches from the floor. We transfer across we do not stand or move upward. The bed needs to be lowered to wheelchair seat height. The bathroom sink mirror is too high and the decorative ***** runs across a person's face making it impossible for anyone in a wheelchair to see. The mirror needs to be lowered or replaced. The corner shelf is too high for placing anything on to put on one's makeup or shave. This shelf needs to be lowered or place a small table (on wheels) next to it. Finally, when we came in at night there were no ADA blue parking signs in the parking lot. During the day we noticed a very worn out wheelchair symbol on the ground. That needs to be immediately updated also. We travel a lot and this Marriott Hotel does not fully meet ADA regulations. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you.

My experience was one of the most pleasant that I have had in quite some time! From our check in to our departure, we were treated like royalty pretty much! And i would be remiss if I neglected to mention by name Destiny, the young lady at the front desk. She was warm and welcoming and made sure that our overall experience was amazing!!! We really appreciate everything and look forward to our return!
