호텔 르 발론 드 발루구에스(Le Vallon de Valrugues & Spa)

Villa Leoni에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 숙소는 아름답고 매우 컸습니다. 훌륭한 숙박을 위해 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 숙소에 몇 가지 작은 문제(주로 일부 전기 문제)가 있었지만 신고하자 신속하게 해결되었습니다.

Our stay in Villa Marie was very nice. Great villa with hotelservice and that service was fantastic! Very good airco, beds and bathroom. Kitchen ok, we used it often. Only disappointment was the pool. It was large and the water had a nice temperature but it had no part where you could stand. So when you want to have a pool for very good swimming it’s great, but we like to play with a ball, etc. and one of us can’t swim so that was difficult.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel- we booked Villa Leoni as a getaway for my mom’s milestone birthday. It was spacious and well-kept. Their bed was nice and plush, had great sleep after a long day of going to different places. We had the most attentive private butler, Quentin, and he made our 4 day stay such a breeze. On our second day, we were out on a whole day tour of Provence- when we returned, we noticed a gift box on our kitchen counter- on the note, they apologized knocking over my sister’s travel-sized perfume while cleaning and replaced it with a full-sized bottle of the same perfume. To be honest, we really would have been fine without the replacement as we know accidents happen- but the gesture was certainly appreciated and wanted to express our gratitude for trying to make things right. Excellent customer service surely makes this property stand out. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was very good! They always had a wonderful breakfast spread- we tried room service one morning and did the buffet the following day, and both times were splendid. We loved how a shuttle was available to take us to town, as well as to and from the hotel when we used their sauna and steam room late in the evening. The property is beautiful and serene- perfect place to detach and unwind. We would definitely return to Le Vallon de Valrugues in the future. Thank you for the most pleasant stay!

There were things we loved about our stay and things that we didn't enjoy. The main thing we didn't like about our stay was that the hotel was under construction and in disarray. It didn't feel like a 5-star place to us. There was no mention of the construction when we booked the stay. They should have disclosed this. Most of the staff was great, but we also had a few issues. We sat in the bar for a good hour, around midday, watching staff come in and out, and not one person asked us if we wanted a drink. Our travel companion stayed in one of the newer units, and when opening the shutters (they come in your room and open/close these without asking), he slipped on the damp tile (no rug pads and this is the sort of tile that when wet is very slippery) and hurt his ACL. We notified the hotel, and they offered an ice bag. We asked for a mat/entry rug or something to put in the rooms, and we never heard anything back from them. Good things—the property grounds are lovely! The complimentary shuttle into St Remy was great, and always at the ready. The receptionists were accommodating and offered us good places to eat in town. Overall, this stay was fine, but it needs more attention to meet a 5-star place. Maybe once the renovations are done, it will feel more this way.

Wonderful place. Huge room, with private balcony with view of Apilles hills and nature preserve. Free shuttle service to and from town center. Very comfortable large bed. Fantastic massive breakfast buffet. They even made me a special order ham and cheese omelet at no additional charge. Nice restaurants in hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast manager and Gabriel were especially good.

This is a relaxing oasis in the midst of beautiful Provence. The hotel and grounds are stunning, and the poolside experience is what you would expect from a 5 star resort! Breakfast was particularly great! We really appreciated the free shuttles into town - in better weather it would be a pleasant walk, but the heat made walking miserable....except to the pool of course! My adult daughter and I did the on-site wine tasting and it was just as informative and tasty as several others we did on our trip that cost much more.

Very lovely and peaceful hotel and surrounds just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Saint Remy de Provence. Every aspect of our 4 night stay in one of the gorgeous Villas was first class. Service quality was outstanding. Highly recommended.

We returned to this hotel to find and had a lovely experience. We booked a jr. Suite and it was very comfortable. Water was replenished and beds great. The spa was exceptional along with their outdoor oasis area .This is the best place to be and you have van service to the city and back.

Staying here was a rather mixed experience. We expected a 5 star experience, but while the location and pool area are lovely, the service is patchy and the room did not meet expectations. While the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and clean, the toilet would not flush and the flooring is cheap laminate and lets the overall experience down. It’s as if the hotel needs some further investment at this point. Some of the younger staff would benefit from more client service training, but the housekeeping staff were excellent and responsive. Overall, this is not a 5 star resort - it is just too patchy - and we would not rush back to it.
