Lots of room Great for a family! Be sure to bring by your own tolitries and hair dryer as they are not available. Close to grocery store and easy drive to downtown St Petersburg. Would definitely stay there again.

Simple Family Weekend The listing is just as it appears in the pictures. No frills, just everything you need. Clean with plenty of towels and centrally located. You do have to walk through one bedroom to get to the 2nd and the 3rd bedroom is in the main living area off from the kitchen - blocked off with tri-fold panels. We were two families that had plenty of space for our 4 children + pet. This was everything we needed for a simple reunion weekend.
