Round hill was amazing and exceeded our expectations! The resort was compact and easy to get around. The room was perfect and the shared spaces are beautiful. The service was mainly great - shout out to Larry and his crew at the pool bar - they were wonderful!! I think Jackie at breakfast may have been having a bad week but every single other person we encountered was great! The managers reception on Wed night was lovely. And the food, my husband can’t stop talking about it. Truly a give star experience. Our one thing for improvement would be a better wifi signal around the resort. Also complimentary sunscreen would be a nice touch. Yeah Mon!

What more could we have asked for from Round Hill? I find myself asking that question and I keep coming up with the same answer…nothing! My husband and I got married here two weeks ago and all we and our 82+ guests can say is how amazing of a time we all had. We stayed in Cottage 10 which was legit like something out of a movie, with first class service by the entire staff, Daniel, Colleen, Joan and so many others made it feel better than home. The food as always is far superior to any resort I have been to in the Caribbean and I’m still dreaming of the filet mignon we had on our wedding day. The tea time snacks are amazing, the snapper tacos and the **** chicken were all delicious. The timeless elegance of Round Hill is honestly one of my favorite things about the resort. The impeccable classic design and beautiful grounds makes you feel as though you are apart of the resorts rich history. And definitely splurge over at the spa where Richard will probably give you the best massage you ever had. Thank you to Josef, Leonja, and Melissa for all your help coordinating the wedding everything was so on point and you helped us create memories that will last a lifetime. We will be back soon for sure. Jamaica will always be a special place for me but Round Hill will always be home for us.

Not often does one review hotel WiFi but, on this visit to Round Hill, I needed strong connectivity for an important 5 hour meeting. The connection was excellent allowing me to participate fully in this Teams meeting. And, beach WiFi was also excellent. It’s clear that Round Hill pays extreme attention to detail … even their technology. Well done!

On my last day at Round Hill, I wrote the Conde Nast review for 2024 for them. I was so impressed. I wanted them to be on the list. But then…Well, there is another story. How can you destroy two pieces of Rimowa luggage worth 3000 USD and not even say anything? And I tipped the guy who did this 20 bucks:) There were no apologies and no offers to resolve the issues. And just like that, we realized that one piece of luggage was missing the wheel and the other ( a cabin one, if you can believe it) was broken. How can you break cabin luggage in a hotel? How is this even possible? One thing is for sure..I’ll go to Conde Nast, Trip Advisor, and everyone else in the hospitality business to tell my story. Round Hill is not heaven on earth.

One of the most amazing resorts I have ever visited. The resort is beautiful and high end, but still felt warm and welcoming. The staff is amazing and really adds to the experience. The beach was wonderful and the infinity pool was incredible! The resort is expensive but worth it. And the food was wonderful as well. We will be back!

The Round hill is AMAZING!! A must go. Everything there is perfect, staff, food, hospitality, accommodations, beaches and water. From the beginning when you arrive to the airport, to the drive there, then being welcomed at the resort, everyone who works there are so friendly and very hospitable. If you go there, you will want to stay longer, we are already planning a return trip in a few months.
