Stayed here for 1 night,it's a no frills budget hotel. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The WiFi was good,had a strong signal at all times. The buffet breakfast was good. Free parking on site. The staff member at reception was very helpful. Yes the rooms looked a bit tired but if you want 5 star accommodation then go and pay 5 star prices. For a 1 night stay for all the good points listed above,£35 is excellent value for money.

Have stayed in many Premiere Classe hotels all over France and chose this one as it is on public transport to Rouen city centre. That was the only good thing about it! The hotel is shabby and like another reviewer, I think it's being used as a hostel of some kind. Rubbish, laundry an personal possessions left lying on the balconies. Shower head was filthy. Combine that with a grubby shower curtain and we didn't use the shower! Breakfast was poorest I've seen and definitely not worth what we paid. Goes without saying that I will not be returning to this hotel. Louvre Hotels Group should either consider a major refurbishment or demolish it and start again!

Clean and comfortable room with a helpful and friendly staff who speak good English Breakfast is satisfying and good value free car park Wi-Fi is excellent Used before and will use again for a one night stay in transit ( – re booked twice due to Covid ) Always a challenge to find – but the sat nav took us to the door using ... either Utm 31u East 359642 North 5473919 ... or 49.40208206322166, 1.0658063662152415 For eating out we had a takeaway Pizza ( 2 for 16 euro) from Pizza Béné a couple of doors away

The motel room was clean and in good order. The accommodation in general was well presented and gave a good impression. Everything worked well and we were very happy with the facilities. BUT: I had a terrible night's sleep because of the noise from other guests. The occupants of the adjacent room were very noisy until past midnight. Then from 4am onwards until our alarm went off at 7am, there was a succession of other guests leaving the motel. This resulted in numerous slams of room doors vehicle doors .... accompanied by loud talking. Everyone seemed oblivious to the fact that there were other guests trying to sleep. I barely obtained 3 hours of decent rest. We would not book this motel again because of the noise.

The hotel is advertised as being 24 hours however when we arrived the reception was unmanned and the automatic reception was out of service, the emergency phone number went straight to answerphone so we were therefore forced to book into the (luckily) nearby ibis hotel. Naturally Premiere Classe charged us for the unused room and have refused to refund our payment.

I've used this hotel for several years and it was very busy with tourists in the past. However when I arrived this year I was greeted with washing hanging over the balconies, people gathered outside at tables, loud music playing from the rooms. The receptionist seemed surprised that I had arrived as there were not many tourists there. The car park was always full in the past. This year there were very few cars in the car park. Then at midnight very loud music started up and it continued until 2am. I will not be using this hotel again.
