Beachside Boaters Bungalow is located in the Treasure Beach community of Saint Augustine. The home is located on a salt-water canal minutes away from the beach, intracoastal, and downtown Saint Augustine. You can bring your own boat or enjoy the kayaks waiting for you on the private floating dock in the backyard! Located just a short 10 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the Intracoastal, and downtown Saint Augustine is only 7 miles away!This home sleeps 5 with one Queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. One of the twin beds has a roll-out trundle twin bed.There are TVs in both bedrooms and there is a TV in the living room. All TVs are smart-TVs and we offer Netflix and HBO-Max on us. You can log into all of your other favorite services while visiting.Amenities include a floating dock (feel free to tie up your own boat or fish off of the dock or bulkhead). There is also an outdoor seating area on a private backyard patio overlooking the canal. There is a BBQ grill on the patio and a screen porch off the back canal-side of the home. There is enough parking for 4 cars and a washer/dryer is provided. The house has high speed WiFi and 5 smart TVs as well as an outdoor patio with a grill.The primary bedroom has a king bed, generous closet and a jack-and-jill bathroom with a very large shower. There is also an airmattress available for use in the closet.The second bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of storage space and it is the other bedroom attached to the jack-and jill bathroom.The third bedroom has a full size bed and its own sliding glass door leading to the backyard.The fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with stairs and trundle for a total of three beds in the room.
