Your hotel is lovely and the staff is excellent. I had a very pleasant experience. This is my second time staying with you and I will definitely be back again.

We looked for a nice ebike vacation in the area of Saalbach, one of the team has already visited the area and recommended us Alpineresort ValSaa Sport & Spa. After checking with other places in Saalbach, we decided to a head and order our vacation there. Right from the start the location stood out, right in the middle of the town, just short walk to the ski lifts, in between the town restaurants (not that we needed them as the food was available all day long with great quality and taste). Booking was smooth, the whole process was easy and well organized, the hotel whatsapp was available to us for any inquiry from the moment we ordered, just before getting there and even after leaving the place. The Hotel amenities include SPA for 16 years old and above, spotless clean and peaceful, open pool and plenty of relaxing corners for couples looking for quite time as well. Our rooms where clean, comfy and all the little extras that make a place feel welcoming. Food was great too - from breakfast buffet thru lunch to dinner, everything was tasteful and well put together Pricewise, totally fair for what you get for location service and amenities The hotel stuff is amazing, friendly, helpful and genuinely doing their best to make the stay top level

Wonderful hotel, excellent facilities and relaxed vibe. Warm caring staff especially Charly, who was our waiter Lovely extra touches in the bedrooms, heated flooring in bathroom and colour changing lights. Food and wine choice superb. First class and would highly recommend.

We had a marvellous time. Hotel staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. Food and restaurant were great with wide and varied menu. Facilities- pool etc were perfect and well maintained. Evenings in the bar were also great for us. You could have a lively evening chatting in the bar area or sit out in the quieter lounges with a cocktail. All inclusive. Saalbach Area was amazing if you walk/cycle. We are a family with 21 and 17 yo children and all would return.

We were recommended this property and I had booked it over a year in advance so we were excited about getting there. What an absolutely beautiful and amazing experience! The resort is in a great location surrounded by excellent walks and with easy access to chairs lifts. The restaurant was unbelievable! Definitely worthy of a 5*. Food was consistently outstanding! All the staff were extremely friendly and very polite. Spa facilities and rooms were excellent. We will definitely be booking again.

For an all inclusive stay, the standard and variety of food and drink was incredible. The pool and spa were great (the steam room was so nice!) The free access to cable cars and public transport to access the stunning surroundings was so useful. What really stood out was the staff - receptionists, bartender and waiters were all so lovely and helpful. We couldn’t ask for more
