We've visited this hotel multiple times, and it never disappoints. From the meals to the drinks, the rooms, the swimming area, and the overall service, everything is consistently top-notch. The staff truly feels like one big family, which makes the experience even better. The location is perfect, with easy access to multiple cable cars and stunning views that add up to the charm of the place. We're already looking forward to booking again for next year!

Wow wow wow, there are no other words for this magnificent hotel!! You are truly missing the most amazing experience if you have not stayed in this beautiful hotel in glorious Saalbach. This was our second visit, we had such a fantastic visit in 2024 and never thought there was anything that could be done to make it even better but they have achieved this exceptionally not only with improvements to the bar & hotel but also by making some minor improvements (not that they were needed) to the food selection. AI is fantastic value for money and the rooms & comfort are second to none. This is a spotless modern hotel where everything has been so well thought through. There is not one thing that has not been considered, you will be unable to fault a thing, All staff are fantastic, so friendly & warm, always having a lovely smile for their guests. Special shout out to Charlie our waiter, and Michael & Carlos in the bar. They are a credit to the hotel and are always very attentive making sure we wanted for nothing. It is also lovely to see the owner being visible through the day, always making time to speak to his guests even making a point of thanking us for visiting and wishing us a safe journey home, I can not write a review without mentioning the very beautiful Lucy the golden retriever. Lucy is the star of the show. She’s a beautiful gentle soul and welcomes everyone to the hotel by greeting them all individually. I am truly amazed at how exceptional this hotel is. We returned home yesterday but know for sure we will be returning next year for a 3rd time. Thank you so much for making our stay so beautiful we will see you again next year,

We stayed last week and the hotel is in a great place and is very high quality. Everything is clean and the beds are really comfortable. Location next to ski lifts is great - the furthest is only a few hundred metres away. Food is really nice and being able to choose your main each night from a choice is also great. Spa is really big and has saunas, steam room and relaxation areas, as well as a swim out indoor / outdoor pool. Bar and relaxation areas are really nice and all staff are friendly - would definitely come back!

This was our third visit to this absolutely delightful hotel – shows how much we love it! It was so good coming back and being welcomed so warmly by all the staff. We stayed in a Junior Suite again. We really like the modern and spacious rooms offered: extremely comfortable and clean, with lovely views. The lounge, bar and dining areas are also spacious and elegant. The walking in the area is wonderful - even on our third visit there were new walks and routes to be found and old favourites to revisit. The hotel’s all-inclusive offer is excellent, with a fantastic variety of drinks on offer as well as delicious and well-presented food throughout the day. Dinner is always a highlight. The staff are all exceptional –they definitely help make ValSaa Alpin Resort such a special place. Will we return for a fourth visit? We think we might!

Our third consecutive summer stay for 2 weeks. All that I said in the previous two reviews remain valid: the hotel is clean, well maintained, it's facilties are excellent, it is comfortable and well-appointed, the rooms (well, ours) was spacious, light and airy. The food is of a very high standard with the menu for lunch and dinner changing daily and on a rotating cycle of about 8 days. The staff (who can make or break a hotel) are, without exception, excellent. We encountered a number of couples who were there last year and some from the year before that which says a lot about the hotel. Any negatives? Well, given the ubiquity of portable electronic devices it's a pity that there are no USB sockets in the rooms or public areas. But that's about it. This really is a good hotel that meets all our requirements and we're already planning 2026's stay.

We were truly impressed by the cuisine at Alpinresort ValSaa. The all-inclusive offer is super convenient, and the food is absolutely delicious – whether it's breakfast, the buffet, or the multi-course dinner. Everything is fresh and prepared with lots of love. The drink selection is also excellent, from fine wines to tasty cocktails. You can relax and enjoy the whole day without worrying about extra costs. Since ValSaa AlpinResort is an adults-only hotel, we especially appreciated the peace and quiet in the wellness area. The team does a fantastic job.
