The hotel is new, spotlessly clean, and overall very well-maintained. I was pleased with the general service and comfort during my stay. However, one issue affected the overall experience: the window in the room allowed in a considerable amount of wind noise, especially during the night. It seems there is a gap between the window and the mosquito screen, which causes a loud whistling sound. When the screen is pressed firmly against the window, the noise decreases, but this is obviously not a long-term solution. I would strongly recommend checking and fixing this insulation issue. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. Thank you for the hospitality.

The Four Points Meeting Room is conveniently located with easy access to parking and public transportation. he room was clean, professionally arranged, and appropriately sized for our group of 15 attendees. Seating was comfortable for long sessions, and the layout U-shape fit our needs well. Coffee, tea, and water stations were well-stocked. The lunch options were of decent quality and delivered on time. Staff were attentive and made sure everything stayed replenished. A small improvement would be clearer allergy labeling on food items.

Very slow customer service. It’s taking forever to get checked in. Very disorganized. I got here around 2:10pm, it 4:53 pm and I haven’t gotten checked in. This is ridiculous. The staff is here but doing a poor job. This is my first time coming here and ITS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Our experience at the brand-new Four Points by Sheraton Dakar Diamniadio was absolutely incredible. Arrival & First Impressions: Our airport pickup was seamless, setting the tone for an easy and stress-free stay. The hotel is brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed, with spacious rooms, stylish furnishings, and a quiet, incredibly comfortable bed with high quality sheets and pillows. Dining: Absolutely Blown Away The food was outstanding, easily one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast pastries were made with flaky, buttery dough that was simply perfection, and the omelets were freshly prepared right in front of us. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a refreshing treat each morning. Room service was equally superb; we highly recommend trying the mezze platter. Every meal we had at the hotel left us impressed. Service: Genuine & Exceptional The service at this hotel felt genuine, warm, and attentive. We booked a hotel driver for a day of exploring Dakar, and it was an incredible experience. Said took care of us from beginning to end, ensuring we were always comfortable and having a great time. A huge shoutout to Ms. Fatia, who has done an excellent job with the hotel’s training and operations; it’s clear that she and her team are committed to providing top tier hospitality. The front desk staff (Ms. R.) was also fantastic, welcoming, efficient, and always ready to assist. Convenience & Location While not in the city center, the hotel is well connected. There’s a train station just 5 minutes away that takes you directly to central Dakar. There are also plenty of Taxi/Ride-share options. This makes it a great option for both business and leisure travelers. We highly recommend staying here. Whether for a quick stopover or an extended stay, this hotel offers luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. You won’t be disappointed!
