Good location, close to the city center and a public parking lot. Nothing amazing, but overall is OK.

房間乾淨衞生，住宿舒適

停車不方便，死貴。其他都還好，比其他地方的宜必思大，但是舊。電梯太小。離教堂和市中心商業街特別近，逛街一步之遙。

Prior to arriving we were advised that the lift was not working, however, we could not make alternate arrangements so when we arrived the receptionist was very helpful in arranging for my 82 year old sister in law to be on the 1st floor instead of the 4th all through the stay he was friendly and helpful the hotel location was very good being close to the historic district

Don't bother. We were on the 6th floor lift not working 15 mins after arrival. No A/C extremely hot. Broken hair dyer. Dirty especially the toilet. Cramped room not even a waste paper basket. Very disappointing for a styles would be annoyed if it was a budget. Tired and neglected. Checked out after 1 night and went to the Mecure

Tired, dated, dingy, - key card slot for electric supply fell off wall and had difficulty getting it to stay put! Seemed to be limited supply of towels and toilet rolls despite our double occupancy! No air con but at least supplied a fan! During our visit to France we stayed in a couple of Mercure hotels and 3 Ibis as my husband is a platinum card holder the one in Rouen is by far the worst one! As part of a chain of hotels they can usually be relied upon for a certain standard of accommodation depending on the level from Sofitel and MGallery to Ibis budget being the cheap and cheerful end for our road trip. This one disappointed!

I spent 3 1/2 weeks staying in this hotel in France with my choir in January 2023. The slidey toilet doors were frustrating, there was an extremely large amount of mould (of which only a very small amount was dealt with), the key cards had an annoying habit of randomly cancelling, the shower took forever to warm up, and the receptionists could range from bored and curt, to really friendly. However, the breakfast was big and filling, the old, small lift was charming, and it was nicely located. Although I probably woudn't stay there again, the hotel was perfectly adequate for my time in France.

I have stayed at many IBIS styles around the UK, and they have been really good. This is not up to any of their standards or even a IBIS Budget hotel. This hotel was more a youth hostel. Extremely old and dated, patched up maintinance everywhere, old battered furniture, dirty bath room with only 1 thread bare towel. The guy at reception was a complete grump, with zero customer service skills. We were given a room right by the old rickety lift and asked to be moved and was told there was no available rooms. Didn't attempt the breakfast, as judging by the rest of the hotel, no doubt would be rubbish aswell. This hotel seriously needs to be loked at by IBIS, and sorted out. It is nowhere near the standards of their other hotels.

The hotel is centrally located near to the river and the cathedral. There is public parking nearby which is very reasonable. The breakfast was very good and the staff worked really hard to keep it tidy and the breakfast bar well stocked. However when we checked in at about 8:00 the previous evening, after a long drive, the guy on reception could not have been less friendly or welcoming. Describing him as grumpy is being kind (the woman who checked us out could not have been friendlier). The room was very tired with botched repairs making it look shabby and the shower leaked, soaking the bathroom floor. Well located and fairly good value but don't expect too much

Excellent location. Next to the cathedral, the old city center and the Gallery Lafayette. In front of the River La Seine. The personal is friendly and professional. The rooms are entirely renovated, modern and some have a balcony with view on the river. The rroms are clean. Excellent sleep quaity ! The breakfast is really very nice (good coffee, fresh fruits, eggs, different kind of bread, cheese, pancakes..)

Centrally located, a couple of minutes walk from the cathedral. Public parking is nearby €15 for 24 hours. Family room for 4 was compact but clean and comfortable. Lift was tiny. Breakfast was included in the rate and was good. Fresh orange juice, boiled eggs, many types of pastries, breads and baguettes with spreads. Small play area for kids near reception. Will return if in the area.
