Super accueil. Super personnel. Hotel un peu loin de Lille mais pour aller à la cité des echanges c'est un bon emplacement.

Accueil formidable, personnel aux petits soins. Chambre avec seulement la moitié des lumières qui fonctionnent !!

Bien pour une nuit, petit déjeuné convenable, mais sans plus.

During our stay of 3 nights in this hotel, we realised how important it was to have a staff that was always there to help whenever we encountered any issues. Once our room had an issue on a leaking shower, we really appreciated the hotel staff Samuel’s immediate assistance in changing the room for us. Another occasion was that we encountered the problem of power failure in our room (probably due to short circuit), Samuel was there again, helping us to fix the problem at once. We understand that anything can happen during our stay, however it means a lot to customers how the staff tackles the issues. We could feel that Samuel had put himself in our shoes and tried to do whatever he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Samuel, for his professionalism, sincerity, patience, sense of humour, and his assistance all along. Merci beaucoup!

An excellent hotel, really looked after by Ludovic. A happy smiling face makes for a fantastic reception. A couple of snags with room keys, but soon sorted. Even given a free beer for our patience.

Very friendly and helpful staff, but I had to sleep in a single bed even though I reserved a queen-size bed. Furthermore, I explicitly asked the hotel beforehand for a QUIET room. I got a room on the 1st floor next to the air conditioners, see photos. The doors slam very loudly and because of the poorly soundproofed floors you can hear every click of the shoes. Really bad for the expensive price! By the way, the hotel is in an industrial area with nothing around.

Not just the easiest Ibis to access but once there excellent. Possibly one of the top Ibis I have stayed in. I would definitely recommend this hotel under present management. My trip was related to my wife being in a local clinic and access with the tram system was easy

Chambre pour 4 pendant 2 nuits pendant les fêtes côté négatif : ça s'appelle une suite, mais c'est à peine plus grand qu'une chambre normale. Une fois le canapé déplié, il n'y a plus la place pour circuler. De petits détails, pas acceptables pour ce type d'établissement : coussins du canapé sales, accroc dans le drap de la housse de couette, flexible de douche abimé Côté positif : l'accueil très agréable, la literie et le petit déjeuner (copieux et varié) Au final, ça correspondait à notre besoin d'hébergement à côté de la famille à un tarif raisonnable mais un petit effort dans l'entretien me semblerait nécessaire

Nuit horrible dans un Hôtel classé pourtant 3 étoiles à plus de 100€ la nuitée avec une climatisation mentionnée dans la chambre comme étant « en cours d’installation » alors qu il faisait 31 degrés en journée et qu’il était impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre car il y avait énormément de bruit lié à la localisation à côté de routes très passagères. Le site accor n’a même pas la décence d’informer ses clients sur l’application en le mentionnant en haut mais tout en bas, là où personne ne va ! C’est lamentable surtout qu’à ce prix là, on peut largement trouver un hôtel climatisé en 2 ou 3 étoiles chez des concurrents
