As you enter the large living room with high ceilings and an incredible view to the pool and preserve out the back sliding doors, you can enjoy a show on the smart TV or just lounge on the comfortable, deep couches. Off the living room is a dining room with seating for 8 in addition to a breakfast nook off the kitchen that seats 4. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick meal or a full blown feast. It is fully stocked with cooking utensils, baking dishes and appliances. Off the kitchen there is a hallway leading to two bedrooms one bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a hallway bathroom with a tub. On the other side of the living room is a hallway leading to a bedroom with a queen bed and modern furnishings. This hallway has a bath that includes a shower and leads out to the pool area. Upstairs is a large cozy space perfect for the kids to enjoy some games, toys and a space to themselves with 2 twin bunk beds and a half bath. Walk outside to your own private pool oasis. With 4 pool loungers around a large pool plus a covered area that includes dining set for 4 and a seating area for 4, everyone in your group can get their dose of Florida sunshine and relaxing.
