칼튼 파크 호텔 로더럼 쉐필드(Carlton Park Hotel)

Very standard. Not far from meadow Hall. Alot of facilities not open and door boarded up on the outside. Was just there for the boxing so did not spend long in hotel. Is good if you need somewhere cheap to crash

Booked in did not realise it was under renovation, arrived they were booking a homeless family in , alarm bells ringing. No facilities at the hotel , room was up 4 flights of stairs, no lift operational . Smell in room , 2 flat pillows on bed , tea but no coffee. Checked the bed it was disgusting. OK so they are renovating fair enough, but has paying guest they hold inform you that , they take n homeless, there are no facilities at all . We are wating for a refund that stated they would do , let's see ??

The Carlton Park Hotel has definitely seen better days and is in much need of some TLC. The staff are very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the guests or possibly residents are somewhat diverse. Upon arrival in the afternoon there was a birthday celebration going on and there wasn't a sound to be heard but what a change when the early hours came and the noise wasn't from any of the party guests. Doors banging, shouting and someone either next door or above me snoring all night like an electric drill. Because of the party the bar wasn't open so a visit to the nearest Tesco Express not exactly what I was expecting as my past memories of the hotel were clouded. Free parking,clean bedding, a comfy bed, hot water and a soak in the bath helped but all in all I was very disappointed.

No way can I recommend this hotel to stay in . It’s shabby and run down . I was confronted by a drunk man who was just outside reception . He appeared to be living in the hotel and was aggressive and had wet himself . After confronting us he wandered back inside . The fire alarm went off 3 times on Sunday morning from 3am onwards . We were met in the corridor by a member of staff saying it was false alarms and there was no fire . No fire drill was carried out . It’s difficult enough to get a decent nights sleep as there are loud voices and doors banging all the time . I assume this is from people living there (we stayed 2nights). We didn’t feel safe at all . Couldn’t wait to leave

Truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have travelled all over the world! I felt very unsafe as a solo traveller! There was some very intimidating characters housed in the hotel! The room was riddled with damp and you could very obviously smell it. There was also fleas in the room! I did not sleep a wink as I felt very unsafe. The view out of my room was to a room with a window hanging off the hinges. The room is beyond out dated, it is made to look much more modern and welcoming by its pictures. Do not be fooled!

My partner and his son have been and had to leave to go to another hotel, never seen a more run down and dirty hotel, bed sheets mucky, bathroom run down and dirty, looks like mold on the walls, hostels are kept more up to date and cleaner than this hotel absolutely disgusted will not be returning

Me and my partner stayed here for a week it was brilliant and the staff was helpful the rooms was just right easy to find and I would recommend for all to stay as it is just a 20min walk to town centre to do some shopping and just a 3 min walk to tesco express to buy food

This is by far one of the worst hotels we have stayed at 1st of all, we had no hand towels, so off we went to get that 2nd After getting a luke warm bath as the water is not really hot, the light in the bathroom was more like a disco light. Good job I did not suffer epilepsy it really was that bad 3rd found that the hairdryer in the room never worked, so back to reception. Luckily, he had a backup hairdryer After a night out back to bed and we heard an awful noise repeating itself, so he reported that, and it lasted all evening Needless to say I had little sleep All I can say is whoever was on reception was polite and tried to help just a shame he could not locate the said noise yet alone fix it Stayed in room 120

Well priced, clean and free parking was just what we wanted. Pillows were a bit flat but we slept well. All staff very friendly and helpful.
