Sehr enttäuschend – nicht zu empfehlen! Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Waldblick gebucht und ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich um den Geburtstag meiner Freundin handelt. Stattdessen bekamen wir ein sehr kleines Zimmer ohne jeglichen Ausblick auf den Wald – ganz und gar nicht wie beschrieben. Wir waren nur 3 Stunden im Hotel und sind danach enttäuscht wieder 180 km nach Hamburg zurückgefahren. Der ganze Tag war für uns ruiniert. Für den hohen Preis haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Der Wellnessbereich war nicht gut gepflegt – das Sauna-Angebot war unklar und es gab keinen klaren Zeitplan. Auch Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Was uns besonders enttäuscht hat: Das Hotel zeigte keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Eine Rückerstattung oder wenigstens ein Gutschein für einen anderen Tag wurde uns nicht angeboten. Für uns war das eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – leider absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Haben es für ne Nacht für ein Konzert genutzt. Gut gelegen.

Extremely disappointed with the rude, inflexible and unhelpful treatment I received when I tried to check in and it turned out that my reservation wasn't until a month later. No rebooking or refund was offered and I was forced to pay for a night at a nearby hotel instead. I would not recommend anyone who values ​​hospitality and/or service to stay at this hotel. A prepaid night on July 30th is up for grabs for the most demanding and rude hotel guest who replies to this post!

We were cycling in the area and chose this hotel, when the weather became too rainy. Mostly, it corresponded to my expectations. Our room was oldish, but the bathroom was renovated. The bed was good, and there were a coupe of chairs. Mini-fridge was a nice extra. We asked for a quiet room and got one facing the forest. Unfortunately, it was just above the service entrance, where rubbish boxes were moved and other noisy activities carried out from 6 a.m. onwards. Entry to the spa was included and we used it both days. The pool is not big enough for swimming but otherwise it is a nice place to relax. Bathrobes and extra towels are included. The breakfast was o expensive that we decided to eat elsewhere. However, it looked very nice. This hotel is located outside the city, which is fine if you have car or bicycle.

Hotel withdrew an unauthorized amount from the card as a fee for extra cleaning 2 days post departure from the hotel. Do not stay at this hotel you will pay for you stay and then they will steal from you when you leave. Never have a experienced such filthy disgusting business practices, you have been warned.

Well, what can I say…We are a well travelled couple all over the world, and never have I been asked at check in what time we want to have breakfast? I asked why I have to decide that now at check in and the answer was that ’you only get 1 hr and have to decide your time now’ ???!!! What is this, well - there is a first time for everything. The hotel is really weird and I have no idea what the interior designer was thinking as it is all a very strange missmatch. Food in restaurant totally overprized and boring menu. Charging for parking outside the hotel is not correct for a paying guest. The only good thing I could think of was the nice forest outside where we could take our dogs for a nice walk. This is absolutely NOT a 4 star hotel - we give it a very weak 3
