About this space Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This place is just north of where Interstate 75, that stretches from Canada to Naples, Florida, intersects with Interstate 80/90 that links the U.S. east and west coast. Day trips are easy to Frankenmuth, MI, downtown Cleveland, Toledo or Detroit, Cedar Point Amusement Park, Ohio's north coast & islands, Sauder Village, BGSU, University of Toledo, Toledo Art Museum, Toledo Zoo, Hollywood Casino and much more. This Space When you enter the house from the front you will find an open living room and dining room. Behind the dining room a sliding door opens to a deck with furniture and a grill. The master bedroom and bath are to the left off of the living room. The kitchen opens from the back left to the dining room and is equipped with everything needed for a long term stay. The half bath and laundry room are to the right. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a double sink vanity. The front bedroom has a queen sized bed and the back bedroom has two full size beds. Guest access If there are just one or two guests and an infant everything on the lower floor is assessible with the exception of a couple of supply closets. If there are additional guests one or both bedrooms and bathroom upstairs are available as well. Parking is available in the garage or in the driveway. There is an EV charging station available as well. Other things to note We require a 24 hour notice to reserve all or part of the house. However, if you are on the road and need a place at the last minute and ours is available you can contact us and we will make an exception if one of the hosts is able to address your needs in the house and we can smoothly allow the reservation to go thru our website listing before your expected arrival.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No security camera tampering, fireworks, eating in bedrooms or loud music.
