Visited here with our two kids on the second half of trip to Puglia - we were looking for something modern and a bit more secluded, but yet offered a home base to see more of Salento, and Corsano delivered. Quite happy with our experience and the facilities - newer property, good food, excellent bar, relaxing pool area, fun padel court, good workout facility (we didn't use the spa but it looked nice). They were quite helpful with booking experiences and local restaurant reservations - and helped sort through some confusion with our sea kayak experience. Friendly staff who are passionate about Salento.

Of the 5 places we stayed on our tour of Puglia this is the only one I wouldn't recommend. The reception staff and managment are rude and barely life their heads from the desk in reception to say hello nevermind anything. At every point they try to charge you extras and the service level isn't there to warrant it. I could list at least 7 example of poor service over our 3 days. If you want traditional puglian hospitality don't stay here. That being said the breakfast staff and bar staff were excellent and made a great negroni. Management and reception also took no responsibility even when they agreed with me. Mant better places to stay in a wonderful area.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It was excellent. Beautifully designed. Excellent staff, Bob, Gabriel, and their mixologist Andre. Delicious food at the restaurant. We had breakfast lunch and dinner all highly recommended. We treated ourself to a suite. It was divine. Huge comfortable bed and pillows. Efficient air con. Lovely products in the bathroom. Great pool with very comfortable loungers. Short drive to a lovely small beach town - Santa Maria al bagno. A great place to spend time in luxurious tranquility. If I could go there every 6 months to restore my soul I would.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in June 24, seeking a relaxing break. This hotel, which is in the middle of nowhere, so potentially blissfully tranquil, could have delivered it - if only they would turn off the incessant drone of music that they insist on blasting across every public area of the hotel, inside and out. Most irritatating of all is that you cannot read your book or snooze by the (smallish) pool because of the cacophany! We asked politely several times for it to be turned off, but only got shrugs. Definitely have a car, as you will soon tire of the limited menu and expensive restaurant and it's well worth exploring the restaurants in the amazing local towns, including Nardo. Strangely there is no al fresco at either dining area at the hotel, so you find yourself in an air conditioned room - being blasted by music at breakfast or dinner too! Mostly delightful staff.

Unfortunately because of illness we had to cancel a long awaited trip to Masseria Corsano in September. The hotel agreed in writing to refund those days of our trip which fell outside the two week cancellation period. 8 weeks later and no refund has come. I chase weekly but they now ignore my emails.

We had a wonderful time at the amazing Masseria Corsano. It exceeded our expectations & the service from all the staff was excellent in making us feel welcome. A big 'shout out' to all the staff, from front desk to the barman Andre who supplied us with great cocktails & to the waiting staff particularly Gabriele who had a lot of time for us. They were all very helpful. We also met one of the co-owners who just happened to originate from the same country we did & he was so graceful & generous with his time which made us feel at home. It is a miracle what they have done architecturally with the old masseria to make it what it is today. They have respectfully converted it into a small modern hotel with all the amenities one would want on a holiday. Our suite was generous in size & well-appointed with nice outdoor seating areas. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. There were a variety of places to relax or sit in the public spaces & around the pool or in the bar area. We really enjoyed the food at Masseria Corsano, both breakfast & dinner as well as the pool side snacks in between. All fresh & tasty. All in all, a really enjoyable stay & a good base from which to explore Puglia. Bravo!
