Pleasant stay, clean and comfortable, weather was cold

The staff were fantastic. I had checked out of the Rosarito Beach Hotel due to a horribly run down room that I booked through RCI. My first room at Del Mar Inn had a broken shower head, they transferred me to another room which was better without the carpeting, then on the ne t day they put me in their newest reburbished room with a patio. Breakfast was every morning served in the bar since the dining room was closed due to rennovation. Sandra front desk was fantastic, as was Miguel who i dealt with the most.

Bed was very comfortable, but that's it. The bathroom looked horrendous, had rusted spots on tube, grout was filthy. There was a couple that was fighting all night in the room above us. they constantly slammed doors and were yelling all night and no one came to stop them.

Service was great, rooms not so much. We were on the 3rd floor, no elevator and rooms are in need of servicing. From the doors to showers, sheets and paint. The 3rd floor had actual keys needed to open the door. 1st and 2nd floors used updated key cards. I am not sure if the lower floors have updated rooms but the ones on the 3rd floor need major work. Front desk lady and young guy working the breakfast were really great. I would have given a lower rating if not for them.

Good for a weekend stay if you dont want to break the bank. Easy 5 min walk to the clubs. Convenient coffee shops next to hotel. Secure parking.

Clean, comfy bed, nice bar across the street to watch sporting events, good menudo place next door. Good prices. Safe. Included a good free breakfast also.

I've stayed here a few times, good rate, great staff, great food. The only complaint I have is the room cleaning. Bathrooms need to be cleaned, floors need to be cleaned.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful , had a good stay , they have a mexican beffet too breakfast is free! Very yummy food , safe parking and close to many stores , pharmacies and beach across the street!
