Pool was fantastic for kids an the hotel was spotless.

Great location great staff

The bed was so enormous and the mattress so comfy I’ve never slept so well as in this hotel . An amazing sea view , friendly staff , going extra mile for us . The hotel beautifully decorated, the food variety is enormous, so delicious every single bite , the hot extra kitchen to order special dishes as well !

This is my 3rd stay at playacaprichio. I think it will be my last. Previously enjoyed the stay but things were different this time. We upgraded to a sea front suite which was lovely. That’s where the compliments end I’m afraid. Personally I came away for some relaxation and rest. Hard to come by at this hotel. The loud blasting music by the pool accompanied by large groups and families made it less than relaxing. We decided to stay away from the hotel during the day seeking peace by the beach. We had to walk a fair distance to find somewhere where the hotels music could not be heard! Evening were no better with karaoke and music still blaring out at midnight. We booked breakfast but only stayed at hotel for the 1st morning and after that ate out as the breakfast room was crowded, loud and chaotic. Great if that’s your thing but sadly not mine and I will not be returning!

Very clean and well-appointed hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Good food, clean dining areas, and bars. Good sized pool also very clean. Pool areas kept tidy and gardens neat. Very close to beautiful beach. There's not much to do out of season except relax.

this hotel surpassed all our exceptions and made for a very relaxed stay, we stayed in room 812 which gave us a nice pool view and was a good size with a nice modern bathroom with walk in shower towels changed every day and a supply of really nice shower gel/soap etc and was cleaned every day. the reception area and atrium is really nice and large. The restaurant is quite laid back and has a reasonable choice of food to suit all, some of which didn't keep warm for long after you helped yourself to it usual drinks available to help yourself to, outside was a very nice large pool and plenty of loungers available (no need to bag a bed early) a large pool bar serving drinks and tapas during the day we were not all inclusive but half board plus, and we had to pay for drinks everywhere except during meals in restaurant , all the drinks elsewhere, pool bar etc were very expensive. the entrainment was mediocre. but all in all a very nice hotel in a lovely area and we enjoyed our stay.
