Absolutely disgusting place loose plug sockets ( very dangerous ) sticky carpets, the restaurant which is situated in a conservatory was really hot with not air flow or air con so was sweating at breakfast, not soft closing doors so very noisy with unruly guests in and out till the early hours told reception said nothing they can do so had to put up with that as wouldn’t be relocated to another room. Tried to raise complaint with hotel through there email which kept failing. When called to raise the issue was told that there was nothing they can do as other guests had paid. Not the best customer service you’d expect.

Great customer service skills and when had a problem, the managers and their staff was very very polite and friendly there was no problems at all. The broom was very, very nice and clean. The staff was amazing.

From the minute we arrived the customer service was poor ! Asked for photo i.d and as we was going to a funeral and the website doesn't state you need i.d we didn't have any and the gentleman was quite rude .we had booked a room with 3 beds and paid extra for it ! Only to get to our room and see a small double and a single .I was traveling with my mum n sister so didn't want to share a small bed , complained to reception only to be told they don't have any rooms with 3 single beds ! But they advertise a room with 3 beds in it ! Wasn't happy but we had a funeral to go to , after the funeral we got back to our room to a foul smell of sewerage , 1 flat pillow each ,2 loose tea Bags ..not very hygienic! 2 mugs 1 glass and 1 sachet of coffee between 3 adults ! Tiny towels ,no mattress protectors on beds , so decided we wasn't staying I that room , went to reception to be told hotel was fully booked so couldn't move us I then went on booking site to show them they wasn't and surprisingly they offered us a new room with 3 single beds ! Liars they are ! So went up to new room it was better but still grubby ,curtains not hanged properly and still no mattress protectors .went out to get tea and on return we had realised we had left the keycard in room, went to get a replacement 3 times as they didn't work and after crossing the busy road to get to reception 3 times we wasn't happy ,finally got in room , paper thin walls , the fan in bathroom was noisy and the traffic can be heard in room ...comfy bed and a average breakfast was the only good points ..book a Travelodge and avoid this place !

Don’t use this place it’s definitely not a hotel . Travelling from North wales for a funeral it took us 7 hrs checkin was unpleasant with very rude staff , we booked a three bedroom room and on arriving in the room it was a single and a double bed !! I asked why we hadn’t got what we had booked snd was told there was none . The room itself was dirty and outdated and had a really bad smell.the tea bag was out of a box not individuals. Went to complain about room and was told that they couldn’t move us because the hotel was full !!! Lie after lie from reception and not helpful in anyway, room 507 the sheets didn’t fit the bed curtains hanging off the rails . We decided to go out for a drink when we returned our key would not work in the door .3 times we had to go back across the busy road to be told by the rude reception that we were swapping keys . Have never been to such a grubby place and if it wasn’t for the funeral and the long drive I wouldn’t have stayed.Overpriced grubby place that’s definitely not a hotel.

Please avoid this hotel, when I say that it is discussing, believe me it’s filthy We changed our room 6 times, the first 4 rooms stank of cigarettes, soiled dirty mattresses with no mattress protectors and soiled pillows It didn’t stop there

The room was unclean and had an offensive odor. The mattress exhibited significant soiling. The night receptionist engaged in personal calls during working hours, demonstrating unprofessional and discourteous behavior. I strongly advise against recommending or returning to this establishment. The room contained a soiled and malfunctioning kettle, and the electrical appliances lacked apparent PAT testing.
