도무스 퀴리툼(B&B Domus Quiritum)

The location of the apar**ent was fantastic and perfect for our trip, the hosts were so informative and couldn’t do enough for their guests; on arrival they helped us with the area and hidden gems/viewing points which Rome had to offer…another thing which had been prepared for guests was a list of restaurants and bars which the host’s recommended and this came in very handy as we could view the menus/pictures of food and book in advance…fantastic idea and very welcoming… The apar**ent was clean, tidy and very spacious, with a central lift facility for luggage, no issues at all from this property…I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to visit this beautiful city!!

Great place to stay in Prati. Lucilla our host is lovely and very helpfull. She organized airport pickup. Cool common area for all guests to use. Comfy bed. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Lucilla has communicated from the time I booked and until I left Rome. Our room is clean and very comfortable. Location is excellent. Approximately 2 blocks from the Metro and buses. Family style breakfast is superb! It also gives you an opportunity to interact with fellow travelers. She also accommodated us for a very late check-in. I am very pleased with my booking. I highly recommend her AirBnB for your stay in Rome.

We loved the location which was easily accessible to all the main attractions but slightly removed from bustle of the inner city. The host (Elana) was exceptionally helpful and accomodating. The breakfast was delicious and all of the facilities were in working order. We highly recommend this accommodation for a short or longer stay.

Great B&B for a fair price, good location, close to the Vatican and to the metro that takes you to the city centre in minutes, Very friendly hosts! We were welcomed by Emiliano, who turned out to be a great host and a very good tourguide. We went on a biketour the next day with him which was wonderful, he was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the city and took us to all the places we wanted to see. Definitely recommend to take a tour with him! The B&B itself is very nice, we had the 'Astronomers' room with astral decorations, which was a nice touch. The bed was good, there was some noise from the bar downstairs, but we still slept very well. Everything in the room and bathroom was perfectly clean and tidy. Lucilla, the owner, was also very friendly and helpful and was there to meet us every morning of our stay with some pastries for breakfast.

Lucilla & Alessia we’re amazing. They were so helpful, friendly, providing lots of useful information as well as having an easy check in and great breakfast. Overall, a great experience to explore Rome in 4 days.

Appartamento accogliente e ben organizzato in palazzo tranquillo e silenzioso, con un aria comune ben fornita per caffè tè. Camera molto graziosa con una vista eccellente sulla bella piazzetta da cui prende il nome. Proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile. Pulizia ineccepibile, prezzo equo. Decisamente consigliato (ma non troppo altrimenti non troviamo posto quando dobbiamo tornarci!!!)

Ho soggiornato nel B&B Domus Quiritum con la mia famiglia ed abbiamo convenuto che è impossibile trovare un difetto... Complimenti a Lucilla ed ai suoi collaboratori! Super consigliato! ( ...questo forse non dovevo scriverlo, altrimenti non troviamo posto la prossima volta che ritorniamo a Roma...)
