El hotel es super cómodo, nada ostentoso y perfectamente ubicado, el personal es muy amable y atento! Lo recomiendo al 10000%

우리는 어제 여기에 있었습니다. 끔찍한 경험이었습니다... 매우 더러운 것은 절제된 표현입니다. 우리는 바로 자지도 않고 위약금을 지불하고 바로 떠났습니다... 호텔리어의 입장에 있는 자신을 찾는 것은 쉽지만... 때로는 고객의 입장에서도 자신을 대하는 것이 옳다고 생각합니다... 하지만 아마도 Mr. 알레시오, 이익이 우선이다. 하지만 운 좋게도 우리는 즉시 더 나은 것을 발견했습니다... 확실히 잊을 수 없는 경험이었지만 부정적인 면이 있었습니다.

숙박하기에 전혀 나쁘지 않은 곳입니다. 우리 방은 작지만 매우 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 로마에서 방문할 주요 명소를 찾는 데 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 예산이 충분하다면 이 호텔을 추천합니다.

우리 방과 여동생 방 모두 보석과 돈이 없어졌습니다. 우리는 호텔과 연락을 취하고 있으며 그들은 단지 "복잡한 상황"이라고 부르며 직원들에 대해 추가 조사를 할 것입니다.

When we arrived we had been upgraded to a recently decorated room for our 1st 2 nights. Room was lovely with a wet room shower behind the bed and lovely bathroom. We then had to move to the other room for our last 2 nights and what a come down. Although very clean it really was very tired. No kettle or glasses to drink from (other room had these) and I would have thought this would be a basic provision. Marks up the walls that probably a wipe would have removed them. Staff very helpful and friendly and breakfast was fine although room very small. Once you get your bearings it's about a 10 minute walk to the centre. Nice restaurants close by and the hotel just up the street (Marcella Royal) had a lovely roof terrace that you could sit and have drinks in. Loved Rome. Collusemium is a must.

Stayed here one night before getting on a cruise. Was very basic but suited our needs. Floor, bed, bathroom was clean. Maybe could have done with a dust but that’s being picky. Shower didn’t look like it was going to account to much but was powerful. Very tight for room getting past the double bed into the bathroom & also sat in the toilet with your chin practically on top of the sink! But for one night it was fine! Hotel is on the second floor of the building & there’s a small lift so no need to carry bags up stairs. Breakfast was served in a little room - very basic - bread, meat, cheese & pastries basically. Would recommend to someone that didn’t mind being a bit tight for space to manoeuvre round the room & was maybe staying just one night.
