Very well located hotel. Right near piaza Farnese. We were up graded to a 3 bed room. Not really a big deal since the single bed eats up where a couch could go. No comfortable chair to sit in. Bathroom was functional. Shower wand holder was broken so it kept falling. Room was clean and maids made it up every day if requested. Elevator worked great. Breakfast variety was excellent. All sorts of food. From sweet to savory. We stayed once before this trip and hotel did not change. Hotel staff very friendly.

We recently stayed at this hotel for four nights in a twin room while exploring Rome. Pros: - Location: Excellent—within a short walking distance of the city's main attractions. - Staff: Exceptionally friendly and accommodating, with good English proficiency. They provided great restaurant recommendations and arranged transportation efficiently. - Issue Resolution: Any concerns, such as toilet problems and loud neighboring guests, were addressed promptly and professionally. - Airport Transfer Assistance: Despite initial confusion due to arriving at a different terminal, the hotel's quick response via email and phone call helped resolve the situation. - Breakfast was decent, offering a satisfactory selection. Cons: - Dated Interior: The hotel would benefit from some renovation to modernise its facilities. - Room Keys: Guests are required to leave their room key at reception upon leaving, which might feel inconvenient to some. - Safe Security: The room safe operates with a physical key instead of a digital code. - Bathroom Facilities: The toilet had issues that were quickly fixed, but the shower took around 10 minutes to provide hot water. - Cleanliness: While not dirty, the room did not feel thoroughly clean.

Feels harsh giving the hotel 4 stars. To be honest I could give a 5 star because it suited us perfectly. Rooms are okay. House keeping very good. You could get a drink anytime and the foods was good. Breakfast is great. You could pay more to get much less value in Rome. So I’m says it a secret 5 star place

The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's location is ideal—close to all the sights and attractions we wanted to explore. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, making it the perfect retreat after a day out. We're so happy we chose this hotel and will definitely return!

The location is ideal. The room was simple but clean and housekeeping did a great job daily. The breakfast was ok. But the star is the front desk staff. So attentive and cordial. In particular we want to give a shoutout to Flavia who made us feel so welcome and comfortable.

Hi. We had a great experience at Hotel Residenza. Irene at the front desk was wonderful and help to accommodate us when we required one room for one person and a second room with two twin beds. The breakfast rocked and Jessica was super. We are returning in October 2024 with three other folks and have requested 4 rooms. Great location, great staff and great service. Hotel Residenza in Farnese is superior to other places I have stayed in the city center of Rome and is very close to the main sites of Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Trastevere.
