Very clean. Nice amenities. Great location. Very quite. Emanuele was a very friendly and passionate host. Always aiming to please the guests. The central square of the Spanish steps is right outside the door and world class shopping with very nice restaurants are all walking distance. The taxis line up right outside the door to take you to wherever you want. Very convenient. My wife and I had a terrific first time to Rome trip!
