位置不錯，門口在修路，不過歐洲這個裝修算新了，房間也挺大，就是4000多一晚真的有點貴了

Pros: The junior suite we had was a lovely room. The location was outstanding. Cons: No real concierge to help us out. Construction outside the hotel on the street which we fortunately didn’t hear. Shower head in bathroom was right up against back wall which made it difficult to stay under and made it cold. Also shampoo etc on opposite side of tub. Not sure how anyone elderly could have used shower which was surrounded by high tub wall. Bottom line: not sure it was worth the money to stay here.

First time in Rome and picked this property for it’s location to Pantheon which is recommended as central area for Rome sightseeing. Checkin process was easy, room was perfect and staff wonderful. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

First got a room with a bricked up window then was promised a larger room with a view but was given a smaller , finally I got a decent room and they charged me an extra $900 Staff including doesn’t know how their systems work , lighting is goofy and they couldn’t figure out how to turn off the fan which made a buzzing sound 24 hours a day . Lady that checked us in lied right to our faces and told others the same untruth , manager was never available and would e call ! Only hotel on the whole trip that wasn’t a great experience . Super location but the worst hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with , I would never recommend it to anyone at any price ! Bill McHale

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Rome. Staff is polished and funny. Cleaning staff is superb. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Book now!

The hotel is well managed and maintained with a professionally trained staff. Check-in was very simple and included some welcome details about the area. The location cannot be beat for tourism, walking distance to everything. The design of the hotel is very clever, modern, clean lines make excellent use of space in common areas and rooms. The rooms are very clean and spacious enough for a major metro hotel. The food at the Divinity restaurant was good and the service was excellent, welcoming and friendly. We asked the front desk for a couple of items during our stay and they responded to the room in seconds, literally. Very responsive. The rooms have some very intricate touch screen lighting systems. We laughed off our initial uncertainty about which buttons controlled which lighting etc. Perhaps a small qr code that links to a video explaining the room's tech operation would be nice. There were lots of charging options and power points throughout the room. The tv worked perfectly and had excellent channel options. The room came with a well stocked mini fridge and cabinet with wines and spirits and glasses in soft close drawers for the appropriate libations. We enjoyed a bottle of syrah from the cabinet. Very nice. Overall, a wonderful, ultra clean, safe and friendly place to stay in Rome. I would recommend it highly for couples or business. I would stay again.

Great location. In walking distance of all the things you want to see in Rome

Only got to stay one night while we were passing through Rome, but it was a great place! So highly recommend this place, I have a friend staying there in a couple of months when they go! The staff embodies the fact that Italy never disappoints! After a very long and troubled vacation where Egypt really put a wrench in the works, we arrived in Rome at the Pantheon Iconic hotel and the staff made everything go right. Italy never disappoints. We arrived early due to a bizarre series of missed and cancelled flights by Egypt's inability to manage air travel, the staff offered us breakfast on the rooftop of the hotel while we waited on a room to be readied for us. We appeared to be walking in off the street but the staff was so gracious and pleasant to wait on us for a breakfast that they did not owe us until the next morning. The room was a Jr. Suite and exceptional! Loved the heaved towel rack in the bathroom! Great bed, bar area, and TV comes up out of the foot of the bed.

I had a terrific one night stay at the end of my vacation to Italy. First off the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. With so little time in Roma that was appreciated. And the location is perfect. The small street protects you from the throng of tourists but turn a corner or two and you’re in the heart of Rome. I walked all over and was quickly back. I would stay here again. Terrific bonvoy property!
