Hotel Avail Rogers, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

I will be staying here again! This hotel is new, so there’s a lack of reviews, but I’m so glad I stayed here. It was clean, and so pretty. I got a king suite, and it was the perfect amount of space. The kitchen had everything you could need. The living room was comfy and a good size. The bedroom/bathroom were great! The only downside was at 11pm, I realized I couldn’t sleep because I was sweating.. I had the air on 64, and the fan on high, and it was HOT. I stood in front of the air conditioner, and it sounded like it was on, but no air was flowing out… so it was a restless night.. I wish I had discovered it earlier and I would have said something. Over all, I will be staying here again, very nice and the staff was professional. My suggestion, check the air conditioner is working before you go to bed.

The Hotel Avail is a beautiful property! Rooms are spacious and clean. Loved the amenities and the staff are all outstanding. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is lovely and the staff were very helpful and kind. However, if you book a room with breakfast included, beware this is an extremely misleading offer. There is NO breakfast buffet, not even free water or coffee on offer (there is a coffee machine in the room but that's it). The only breakfast on offer is the choice of ONE bagel breakfast sandwich or a jar of overnight oats from the very overpriced coffee shop in the lobby of the hotel. There isnt even coffee or juice included in this so-called free breakfast. Further, the staff couldn't even tell me with certainty if taking one of these bagels would then cancel out my $15 per day food credit I am entitled to as a Hilton Gold member. This was the case even though I paid extra for breakfast to be included with my room. Very disappointed in Hilton for being so misleading. Be warned if you pay for a room with breakfast included!

Our stay at the Avail was great! The hotel was new and clean, very comfortable. It’s a nice, easy walk to the Walmart Amp too!

The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and pleasing to the eye. The multi head shower was amazing! Beds were very comfortable, blackout shades let us sleep in. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and attentive. All around a wonderful place to stay. The Oak Steakhouse on the 6th floor was absolutely amazing. Bar staff was fun and attentive, hosts came and got us when the table was ready (no beepers). The manager and chef came to the table to make sure we were all happy. The wait staff was fun and attentive as well. The food was out of this world, absolutely delicious! And if you go, do not miss the rooftop patio and bar at sunset... Stunning views and a wonderful breeze. A night to remember for sure, we will be back!

We had a wonderful experience! Stayed for our wedding anniversary and all of the small personal touches were wonderful. Flowers and a personalized card in the room. Quick painless check-in, classy modern room amenities, good lighting, rain showers. The hotel restaurant, OAK, was also perfect. Every appetizer, entree, cocktail and dessert was well done and delicious. Staff was attentive and efficient. Will certainly be back.
