I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel.
I encountered a distressing situation where a bug looks like cockroaches was flying in my room, and despite my attempts to address the issue, I faced significant challenges. I called the front desk twice without receiving any response. Upon going to the lobby, I found the staff engaged in casual conversation with a lady. After explaining my predicament, I was assured that someone would be sent to assist me.
Regrettably, I waited for the entire night, and no assistance arrived. This prolonged delay left me feeling scared and frustrated. As someone with a phobia of insects, the presence of the bug in my room made it impossible for me to sleep until 5 am.
I believe the situation could have been handled more effectively. A simple solution, such as changing my room if the cleaning staff was unavailable, could have greatly improved my experience. Unfortunately, no such alternative was offered.
I understand that unforeseen incidents can occur, but I believe it’s essential for the hotel to address and resolve them promptly to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of its guests. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and implement measures to prevent such instances in the future.
