The house has an up scale modern design with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Open living, large dining table and fully stocked kitchen. Take in the beautiful sunsets on the balcony overlooking Aransas Bay or layback on the loungers on the grassy knoll and beach area as you watch the waves roll in.
