Took my wife here for the weekend for her birthday. Was amazed by the incredible architecture and the European feel and atmosphere. We stayed in the Swallows Nest room and the mountain views were amazing. The proprietors were very friendly and hospitable and knowledgeable about things to do and see in the area. The breakfast were amazing as was the massage that came with the romantic package. I would highly recommend this inn. Thank you for a great weekend. Michael in Virginia Beach

We booked this Inn based on reviews and an article I had read. It did not disappoint. We have travelled quite a bit and on this particular road trip, had stayed at over 8 different places during an adventure on the Blue Ridge Pkwy. By the time we reached The Fenton, we were ready to relax. The owners are incredible. Professional, nice and have built the entire property themselves. I've never been so impressed with the attention to detail. The woodwork, the village, the service, was all overwhelmingly perfect. Spotlessly clean almost like a place you thought didnt exist anymore. They went out of their way to provide and early breakfast because we had to get back on the road, recommended the perfect place for dinner (if youre in the area, don't miss the Devils Backbone Brewery, we already miss it.) Please dont hesitate to stay at The Fenton if you are in that area. You will not be disappointed. Perfection.

The craftsmanship of the buildings is very beautiful and first rate. You can tell a lot of love and passion went into the design and construction of the facilities. Our hosts were welcoming and gracious. Breakfast was well stocked and the homemade granola was delicious. Treat yourselves to this beautiful B&B located near the entrance to Wintergreen Resort. Mike and Jenny
