더 리버티 트러스트(The Liberty Trust)

住了一圈酒店 這個很舒服的酒店，衞生間很寬敞，花灑洗澡非常舒服，用品等都很有品位，會常來！

I had trouble getting parking! Could not get in first option. Nice back lady help me get in Wells Fargo lot..... Went to breakfast next day and they were out of all eggs, bacon, sausage.....No one was eating in the restaurant. I was surprised no one was around to help with luggage. We are both 77 yrs. old, but we managed.....Front desk employees did not seem to care! Except for one nice black lady, No one else was any help!....We come to Roanoke about 2 times a year and will never stay with your hotel again! Floyd Wingfield

The room is very clean and neat. Staff is over the top. A little tight (we had a queen city view-not sure if that was needed) could see another room window right outside ours (perpendicular to) so kept shade drawn often. Biggest complaint may be the coffee maker was really only an expresso maker so had to go to lobby for coffee.

If sleep is your thing, then this is not the place to stay. I thought that the noise from the outside would be concealed a little better but no. You hear EVERYTHING that is going on outside during the night-music, battle of the loudest car, people fighting, it was awful and unless staying up until 2am is your thing, I wouldn’t recommend it. I was really looking forward to our stay at Liberty too but this will be our first and last time here

We stay at the Liberty Trust at least twice a month and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Roanoke. It is a great downtown location and you can walk to dozens of great restaurants. Jennifer at the front desk is always bright and cheerful, helpful, and professional. The manager Lisa always anticipates our needs and is always ready with our favourite room.

The rooms are upgraded and very nice. Alexanders Steak House is right beside the hotel and directly across the street from the hotel is Frankie Rowlands Steakhouse. Both nice restaurants. The hotel lobby bar area is also very nice. They have a very large selection of wines by the glass that are preserved in a vacuum state that you can self serve and purchase whatever you want.

The property was a beautiful use of what used to be a bank. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed.

I chose Liberty because it was close to a conference venue I was attending. The hotel is beautiful, a converted old style bank. They incorporated the bank vault into the dining area where it is used as a private dining room. The room were converted offices with solid copper doors. Rooms were clean and spacious with stylish decor. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great hotel that is near everything in downtown Roanoke. The room was large and good amenities. They had nice tea and electric kettle in addition to the coffee in the room. The bathroom was large and great shower head. The lobby also had tea and coffee that was complimentary. We ordered room service breakfast, which was a nice treat. The only issue is the parking off site. It was snowing and cold. It would have been great to have valet parking, since guests are being charged for overnight parking.
