A good hotel, friendly staff, all requests were fulfilled. There are nice cafes and restaurants nearby. We were satisfied with our stay.

Located in the Al Sahafah district, this is a very cool and well built hotel residence in the city. You can reach most of the business areas in Riyadh within 15-20 mins drive. The apartments are huge with a very pretty terrace area that connects both bedroom and living room. The furnishings are very modern and the entire apartment has great lighting. It's almost close to a fully smart apartment. The bed is very cozy. The bathroom is big which is led into by a walk in closet. The bathroom was missing several amenities, but I'm assuming it's because they're new and had makeshift stuff. Their breakfast is served in Jones the Grocer. Most of the team is wonderful there, except a few who were not interested in live station cooking. The banquet team - Ibrahim, Simon, Shakil, and more - is outstanding and so are the facilities.

We have meeting on 35th the waiter named Danny serve us with very kind and polite and the ambiance of the hotel is fantastic we will definetly visit again its a pleasure doing the meeting here the food is amazing and the view is wonderful thank you
