很不錯的位置

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Firstly it is clean throughout and kept that way. Secondly, the staff at all levels create a professional atmosphere where the customer is valued and respected. Facilities are very good indeed from the large and well equipped pool area to an indoor and outdoor social area where drinks are served in the evenings and music is played for dancing or simply relaxation. The outdoor social area is particularly attractive being surrounded by Lake Garda's beautiful hills and mountains. Dining is a real treat. A self-service breakfast provides every possible option to start the day whilst dinner is served by waiters at your table. Again, there is a plentiful menu each day, beautifully presented food and served by efficient and eager to please waiters. Accommodation covers 5 floors and ranges from small and adequate (with balconies) to family sized rooms with personal sunbed balconies. We requested a front view hotel which was perfect for the two of us. One suggestion I would make to the hotel though is to provide a suitcase rack in each room. As I mentioned earlier, good staff make an enormous difference. I would particularly like to mention Donato, Habibi and Davide in the restaurant who made meal times joyful: to Loku and his fellow staff who served drinks so efficiently in the social, dining and pool areas; and not forgetting the room maintenance and reception staff who did everything to facilitate one's enjoyment and knowledge of the area. Riva del Garda is a special resort. The Savoy Palace is a special hotel.

Just come back for a fabulous time at this hotel. We loved it all. And the location is great for walks and views are spectacular. All the staff are great and the facilities and entertainment good.

We spent 7 nights at savoy palace for our wedding anniversary. The hotel and staff was excellent and the location was a 10 minute walk to the lake and about 1KM away from riva centre. The food was nice and the breakfast choice was excellent. The only bad thing I can say about the evening meals was there wasn't any water on the tables and we had to pay to have some on the table which in a hot country was not acceptable. The hotel has bikes which you can borrow but they are dated., overall we enjoyed the pool and our stay even if the entertainment was limited

Just back from a week in the Palace at Riva Del Garda. Rooms are fine if a little dated but the maid service was exceptional. Pool and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained unfortunately same can't be said for the pool toilets a bit of attention is needed there. Food in the restaurant was of a high standard but a bit peculiar in what they think of as a starter compared to a main I don't class a plate of crisps and battered vegetable's as a main course. Entertainment on first night was brilliant with a wonderful guitarist and a very good female singer unfortunately it went down hill from there with a keyboard player for the next six nights who could neither sing or entertain. The hotel is in a great spot up a side street so nice and quiet but only a five minute walk to the lake and about 30 minutes to the main square of Riva. Riva itself is beautiful and we had a great time visiting the numerous bars and cafes around the area. Overall we all had a great week at the Palace and would definitely recommend it to anyone we see.
