Difficult to reach but great staff. Found it at a reasonable cost and was late to reach but staff regularly checked up

Rooms were well maintained. Washrooms were clean. Restaurant and cafe are nice. Its nearby swargasharam geeta bhawan, ram jhula. Parking is at 5 minutes walk. They don't ask to carry luggage to your car. You can however bring your car to the hotel, but cant park or stay there long because the road is too narrow

I had been to Rishikesh many times but I stayed in hotel green view first time for 3 nights. I booked premium room through their employee Madam Pushpa. All the parameters viz location cleanliness ambience food and service was marvelous. It is such lovely located that one feels comfortable to access any key points parmarth niketan van prasth Holy Ganges janki jhula ram jhula and main attraction mini market full of positive vibes. Madam pushpa took special care ***** with her staff in arranging our stay. Quality of service 👌 and particularly service with smile at all times gave us positivity. I shall recommend it as best place to stay.

The hotel's atmosphere is pleasant, but service and food quality fall short, and room size is inadequate, not justifying the cost.

The stay was good. The best part is this is very near to ghat. 1 min walking. The cafe and restaurant is amazing.

Well the room was probably a new addition. So we had to ask for everything from slippers, towels to toothbrushes. There was no intercom. Power point not working. No hangers. The magnetic card not working for the door. It was bad services. Even if it was one night stay for my family we hoped for better and the worst part was in their restaurant they did not have proper glasses to serve water. We were given different glass and a glass cup saying they were not having similar one. Never seen something like this in my years of travel experience

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THEM. One of the worst customer experiences I've had, especially with a staff member named Pushpa who sits on the reception. 1. The service was disappointing, and the staff's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. She was too rude in every way. When we said, why are you even sitting here when you cant do anything, then she answered back, then you come and sit here. Wow! 2. Rooms were poorly maintained. Even their premises. 3. Overall experience did not meet basic standards like, providing hot water kettle and cleanliness. 4. Fans were either too slow or too fast that it ll fall down and the fans were dirty too. 5. There was no charging point near our bed, so we barely managed with TV points. 6. There were hair strands on the sheet and when we asked them to change the sheet, they simply used the same sheet again. 7. They made us wait for 1 hour to check in after calling us from our previous hotel stay next door. 8. We wanted to cancel our next day stay but there was a guy named Harshit(Gemeral Manager) who was highly promising but at the end we ended up in the same situation again for our next day booking which we wanted to cancel. 9. We even asked for manager with a staff names Deepak who has been working here for an year, he firstly ignored the question and then he said he is new staff so he doesnt know the manager. Manager named Mandeep was just sitting next to Pushpa Staff and he was quiet/whispering all the time even after seeing all this. Both Mandeep and Pushpa are un-fit for their job. Rude and Short tempered. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable,clean and respectable stay.

Recently stayed in this hotel and found all the things up to the mark, location is the best USP of this hotel, found very easily and, staff were courteous, room and washroom both were neat and clean, amazing and aesthetically pleasing roof top cafe..overall experience was great will definitely going to book this hotel again whenever travelling to Rishikesh 😊

Its an average hotel but then anything sells in Rishikesh in this season. Their rooms are comfortable ***** with the bathroom. Nothing outstanding about them in compare to the other hotels in the area. Mediocrity is the theme which gets booked during season time in Rishikesh, pretty much everywhere. Due to which they dont really do much in terms of service which one should expect in a hotel which charges 3.5k minimum. Overall, just try to get a decent deal with them or any of the others near Ramjhoola. Their food is decent. Not much to say.

Food is bit expensive where as parmartha ashram which is near 100 mtr is cheaper thats the reason we had to go out to have our lunch outside its advisable to include thali for senior citizen

Rooms had all the amenities available. Polite staff delicious food and serene views. I had a beautiful stay at green view. Highly recommend

The hotel is centrally located near Parmarth Ashram. The hotel is good enough for a budget traveller. It has got a decen restaurant of its own that offers good quality food. Point to note is that this hotel is located on the other side of the Ganga river where cabs, ricks etc are not allowed and the hotel will tell you this only on the day you are arriving there. If you have luggage, you will have a hard time transporting it to the hotel across the Ram Jhula as you are at the mercy of the porters/bike guys who are the only ones allowed on the bridges (jhulas). If travelling with luggage, try to book a hotel on the opposite side the river.
