Very bad hotel and pathetic staff. They don’t have menu’s, don’t know the name of the GM, Chef is taking check in and in the lobby the front office can not answer any questions. Never come to this property trust me. Power socket not working, no towels in the bathroom. Too many flies in the room.

To the GM, I am so so glad that i choose to stay in Pride hotel for my trip to Rishikesh, the hotel ambience is nice, the lobby is welcoming, the hotel is very neat and clean , bed is comfortable .Big cheers to housekeepers for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the hotel. The pool guy Abhishek is doing great job. The reception staff is calm, quiet and helpful, breakfast buffet was nice , i would like to thank specially front desk manager Mr. Suresh for his extended hospitality, he is an asset to your hotel. Very much helpful and has pleasing personality. I loved the overall hospitality of Pride hotel. I have recommend your hotel to my friends family arriving next week to Rishikesh, also recommend everyone to chose Pride hotel for their stay. It provides all the required facilities and service. The amazing roof terrace pool which is the USP of the hotel, parking facility , kids room since i was travelling with the toddler, spa , laundry service, room amenities. Once again thank you Mr. Suresh for the hospitality. Thank you Pride

Warm Hospitality. Prompt Service. Nice Rooms. Arvind from Sales Team really took good care of us. Roof Top Restaurant and breakfast is good. They have a beautiful Spa and Swimming Pool too. Arvind ji helped in arranging Transport. There are many good restaurants and Cafes around Hotel.

From the beginning Manisha who worked the front desk was so kind and helpful then Suresh showed me my room and made me feel so comfortable. Suresh was attentive to what I would need while I was there. Then the Chef, Pushpender made several special dishes at my request and it was so responsibly priced!!! The room was amazing and all of the people working there were extra amazing!!! I didn’t want to leave!!!

One of the best hotel in Rishikesh near Laksham Jhula Tapovan. I love the food and room is specious, clean modern bathroom. All necessary amenities is pre placed in bathroom. Best location and ambiance. Thanks to team pride Rishikesh Cheers........
