케 체베레(Rincon Plaza Hotel)

There is not parking available. You have to find a spot on the street and it is difficult to do so. The area is very loud with music and people and you can hear the noise in the room until early morning hours. The “garden view” is closed windows looking over an alley. The door did not lock. The knob was broke. There is no hot water. The toiletries were used, as in the soap etc. I went back to the front desk and said we were not going to stay and needed a refund. The manager would not refund the night and has refused to answer Expedia’s emails and phone calls requesting the refund on our behalf. I have never written a bad review and am overall not picky. Booking online is always a risk. I accept that. But this experience was something I have never encountered and just wanted a refund because we had to go find another hotel and pay there as well.

The hotel was full to capacity so we ended up getting the room in front of the shared kitchen so when we opened the door anyone in the kitchen could see straight into the bed. The only window facing the yard which was sealed with plastic for the AC unit so we 0 view it was a handicap accessible room. The room needed updating. It felt like I was sleeping in a box with a bathroom. On a positive note the bed was hard but very comfortable and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The location was PERFECT across the street from the plaza and walking distance to everything. We just left our car parked and enjoy the town. There is plenty of public parking so no worries there. In reality if all you need is a place to rest your head I recommend this place 👍👍👍

We had a great time, right on the plaza for Art Walk—in the middle of everything!! Everyone was extremely helpful and charming!

The location is intimate, cozy, only several steps from a refreshing cold brew and a delicious meal in a small town tropical setting. Come and git you some..😜

Excellent stay and comfortable beds. My room faces the garden and it was a bit noisy outside the second night, but nothing terrible! Hotel has some updates and the staff is the best.

For our purposes it was fine. We spent one night only. The staff is great and the room was fine, maybe a bit small! The hotel has no parking. You have to park on the street or in the municipal lot across the plaza. That said it’s close to everything! Restaurants galore and close to the beach. Rincon does not have any high rises. It is a small town with small streets and a lot of charm.

Where do I begin? We arrived and were showed to our room which was on the ground floor The room was literally on a super busy street. You can hear people walking by talking sitting next to the hotel cars driving by sounded like you were literally sitting on the street. But the worst part was, it was infested with mosquitoes. We got bitten all over within first 30 minutes of being inside the room, all day offered was bug spray and a buzzer to walk around the room and to kill the mosquitoes. as soon as you open the door into the room, those mosquitoes right outside the room and a bunch inside. We asked them to switch our rooms. They said there was no availability. We said we can’t possibly stay in the room due to the mosquito infestation. We took our belongings and left within the first 45 minutes of being in the room and they did not want to give any refund. Please do yourself a favor and book any other hotel.

Loved the rooftop seating area to watch the sunset. Friendly and clean and convenient.

Air conditioning doesn’t work. There is nobody at the front desk after 7pm. There is no parking lot
