Stayed with a family of 4, spacious room, living and bath. Drove there and parking is not an issue. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The ambience is calming and peaceful with the beautiful panoramic views of Tuscany. There’s a tennis court and a swimming pool. We enjoyed our breakfast, outdoor with fresh clean air. A good getaway from the city.

Staff made the difference here. The small town/ village of Rignano sull’Arno is easily within walking distance for many. A shuttle service to/ from train station or town would be a nice touch, as taxi’s will charge 40€ per trip. All said, very good experience

A perfect hotel up in the hills overlooking a stunning valley. It is luxurious and yet still relaxing and inviting. The team are all lovely and the restaurant is amazing. I can’t wait to come back!!!!

At this venue I proposed to my girlfriend (now fiancé, she said yes ;)). They helped me out a great deal with the arrangements. They helped me perfectly. The communication beforehand with Cecilia went great. The service during our visit was equally amazing. Cecilia arranged a spot in the garden under the trees with a magical view where I could make a toast, give my speech and propose. While I went on one knee, the photographer jumped out of the bushes (as planned) and made beautiful photos of that moment. After the proposal and a little shoot we were walked to our table where we would have dinner. When we thought our evening couldn't get any better, it did. The food and friendly service were truly great. Thanks to all Resort 37 staff for providing us with the best possible experience.

Beautiful and classy resort with all the amenities you would hope to have. The staff and office are very friendly and helpful. The resort has gorgeous panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. The only negative I saw was the dirt road leading to the resort for half a mile. A lot of taxis did not want to drop us off there or charged insane amounts due to the road.

A resort a little off the beaten track, but in a superb location high in the hills. The resort looks fairly new, with spacious rooms with a “country” vibe. We followed Google maps onto a dirt road, through vineyards and up a steep hill to reach the resort. Check in was a breezy affair and a staff member helped to bring our luggage to the ground floor room. We had a deluxe suite with multi-sensory shower. The room was split into a living area and master bedroom, separated by a shower/toilet. The multi-sensory shower was in the master bedroom. We did not use it in the end. Our bed was of medium firmness. We did not really like all the “night lights” in the bedroom. It kept us awake at night. There’s a TV here as well, plus a safe in the closet. The toilet is fairly large, with a large rain shower, toilet and bidet, and a single sink with some shower gel, shampoo and moisturizer. There’s a small wine fridge in the living room, plus a seating area for chilling in front of the TV. There’s only local TV for entertainment. I could not hook up my phone to the TV to watch Netflix. The resort has a large swimming pool and a tennis court. The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast with a good spread, a light lunch menu and a high end dinner menu. We had dinner here one evening and was pleasantly surprised by the good food. Our main objective for staying here was that it’s close to The Mall Luxury Outlet. It’s about a 10min drive away. Overall, a great stay here and would recommend it as a great jumping off point to see Florence, Arezzo and Siena.

Came across this place and didn't spend the night but had a wonderful lunch. The staff was fantastic, Simone and Cosimo, and the food much better than described on the menu. Authentic, yet innovative Italian cuisine with a twist. The Chef know what he is doing and every course was a pleasant suprise. Great food while enjoying a beatiful view over the countryside. The location is close to the Mall and some 30 minutes from Florence. Beautiful small resort, 22 very large rooms (apar**ents) with manicured gardens, a large pool area and even a tennis court. Intimate, elegant but not stuffy. Nada from the reception was kind enough to show us around the property after lunch. we will definitely come back, but this time for dinner with an overnight stay!
