TV turns 360° to watch from anywhere. DVD Payer and movies. Small Smart Oven, NuWave, that bakes, broils, roasts, dehydrates, grills, toasts, warms, reheats, defrosts, and an air fryer too! Heated floor in the Winter! Central heat controlled by you. Portable A/C is quality, also controlled by you. Mini frig w/freezer door. Small microwave with rotating plate. Real dishes & we wash them in our dishwasher for you & return to you. Disposable dishes too, if desired. Fenced back and front yard, both available. Deck with charcoal grill. We supply charcoal, lighter fluid, and long lighter. Spices and condiments on request. HOT TUB outside open for use day & night! Faux vines all around to feel and look like an Oasis!
