Good infrastructure but terrible service. This is more like 4-star hotel with 3-star service. The beach is well equipped. Breakfast is limited compared to real 5-star Hilton but you can live with that. Rooms are old but not too old. Infrastructure as it should be in 4-star hotel. But all about service is more like 3-star. Our room wasn't made up for two days even after I specifically called and reminded about it. They said 'we have too many guests now'. That I guess mean that we do not have time for you? When you ask to bring you another coffee on the breakfast - they just ignore. When you remind, they say that they have too many guests. I'm not arrogant and I can pour my own coffee. But there is no such option, you need to call a waiter. Which simply doesn't carry it. The same with vine on diner. You can wait half an hour to get your glass of vine. Room service - wait enternity. When you remind you get the same answer. The furniture on the balcony of the room stained a lot of our clothes when we sat on it. That's why we just didn't sit on the chairs on the balcony. When we asked to change the chairs we were ignored. If you don't care about service and just looking for a good beach - it is a good place to go.

Everything was good except dinner. Breakfast is ok but dinner need upgrade.

We stayed at Lindian Village for 7 nights AL in a standard room at the end of September. As a couple we wanted a quiet, peaceful holiday with a good beach and sea + aesthetic design. As a travel manager I have to say something: 1. Although the hotel is not only for adults and there were families with children, it was a quite peaceful time with silence and no rush. 2. Food: there were reviews about not much variety in the food and it's true, but I would rather say if you expect to eat lobster, seafood and 10 meat dishes - it's not the best place. The food was very tasty, 1-2 meals of each type of meat + seafood + salads + desserts etc. We also went to 3 a la carte restaurants and enjoyed every one of them. They are worth coming out of the hotel (especially the Asian ones). The bars are also good. 3. Beach + sea: The beach itself is sandy and pebbly, the entrance to the sea is pebbly. If you are sensitive to this, it is better to buy special shoes. The sea is very clean and calm because of the small bay. The sun loungers are very comfortable and I particularly liked the lack of music on the beach. 4. The design of the hotel: You can feel the Mediterranean village atmosphere perfectly, there was some construction but it didn't bother. 5. Rooms: This part needs fixing. Although the photos on the website are clean and fresh, we had problems with the sewage, the shower and the poor drainage, which is why there was water in the bathroom all the time (we didn't inform the staff to fix it because it's not a big problem for us). It is also worth noting that our room had no door to the bathroom, the toilet was closed with a sliding door but there was no soundproofing. 6. Staff: Mostly English speaking, friendly, polite and helpful. 7. Experiences: We rented a car for 1 day with no deposit and went to the nearest town Lindos, visited a Greek restaurant recommended by the concierge and enjoyed it. Played tennis at the resort, went to the gym and did yoga. We also went on a motor yacht tour with Sabinas Watersports (they are located on the beach of the resort), price = quality, we loved it. *I wouldn't say this is a disco resort, it's more about peace and quiet.

The hotel was excellent! Very clean, quiet and well organised! It has everything needed to relax and enjoy the holidays, totally recommend this if you visit Rhodes !

Amazing Stay! Lindian Village is a beautiful, peaceful resort with lovely gardens and a private beach. The room was clean and stylish, and the private pool was a great bonus. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and delicious every day. Perfect for a relaxing holiday , we’ll definitely come back!

This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at! I'm not sure how it is getting good ratings? I firstly want to say that I don't write bad reviews. It's not something I take any pleasure in doing, but I feel like I need to warn other traveler's about this joke of a resort. I also hope that the hotel takes notice and actually starts to make massive improvements on the maintenance, cleaning standards and quality of food because with the right management it has potential to be lovely.  We booked a 10 night stay at this so-called 5 star hotel. Upon arrival the reception area and greeting were great but it was downhill from then. We had booked a room with a private pool and were upgraded to what is meant to be one of the best rooms at the resort. The pool was dirty (cigarette ends & wrappers left on the side) , the side of the walls were green and water was overflowing and not draining properly. The room was enormous and upon first impressions we were delighted…but sadly the interiors such as the shower was mouldy and the overhead rainfall shower didn't even work. The sinks smelt, one tap didn't run properly, the towels stained and old and the AC was not working properly. The sliding doors that separate the rooms were broken....the list goes on! We have a young baby who is crawling and his hands and knees were black from crawling on the floor! The food is bland and clearly low cost at the buffet. The waiters who looked after us on several occasions were really lovely which made the experience somewhat better, but the food and drinks on offer are cheap and not at all delicious! The à la carte restaurants were considerably better, but given the standard of cleanliness in our rooms, it makes you wonder what conditions the kitchens are in... The main swimming pool was also dirty. We never once saw it cleaned during our stay.  We got in contact with Jet2 whom we had made the booking through. We said that we wanted to switch hotels or get a flight home because the thought of staying there for 10 nights was unbearable. It took a couple of days for them to move us to a nearby hotel - which was 5 star and immaculate. So many other guests were equally unhappy and we made a few friends by bonding over the miserable experience! There were some good things about the hotel that I would like to note. The crèche (which is run by a different company) was very good and the team that took care of our baby where wonderful. The gym and yoga room was also good - but there was no classes on offer despite the website advertising this? The music at the pool was good and the staff at the resort were all generally very friendly and tried their best. It is really sad that this was not the holiday we had looked forward to. We were lucky that we were moved to a better hotel, but that does not take away the stress and the misery of the first 4 days of our holiday at Lindian Village Resort.
