We traveled as a family of three, with a one year old. We booked via Tui. Although this is a nice hotel, unfortunately we did not feel it was worth the premium price and rating. We stayed in a Bohemian Suite with private pool. There were multiple pros and cons, some of which I realise may differ depending on peoples needs: Pros- - The staff were all lovely; particularly the night manager and porter, who were very welcoming. Special mention to ?Sergios and staff at the Greek restaurant, who were very lovely and friendly. - The food was lovely; lots of salad and fish options albeit I can see why some people would find the buffet limiting compared to some all-inclusives. We were pleasantly surprised that the yummy truck was open, as the website suggested this wouldn’t be open until July. - The private pool was great; it was a decent size rather than a plunge pool, partially shaded and in the sun, with sun loungers qnd a table/chairs in the patio. - We only went to the main pool area once so can’t really comment, there seemed to be a good mix of loungers and bean bag loungers, and the kids pool was shallow which seemed really good for the little ones and building their confidence. Looked like the usual rush for loungers in the morning! - A lot of reviews have said it is quite remote; there is a decent shop on site and another convenience store just outside the hotel. In addition, there is a sandy beach just down from the hotel that looked popular with locals. There did appear to be bus services but we didn’t use this. Cons- - We specifically picked this hotel due to the availability of a baby club. We were only planning to put our son in for one half day, two at max, so that we could have a half day at the pool or spa. The online booking prior to arrival did not work. On arriving, we discovered that the baby club was 1-to-1 and there were only three caregivers to cover both baby and kids club. One baby had been booked in for the full week, and therefore we couldn’t even get a half day booked. We did use the babysitting service for one evening, which was great and Lauren was fab, but our son would have settled better if he had been able to have a half day to get to know them. - Although this is all-inclusive, snacks didn’t seem to be available until the ice-cream shop opened at 4pm, so we were having to use the snacks we had brought for our son. - Cocktails were limited to those on the menu and they wouldn’t deviate from this, e.g my husband asked for a Bloody Mary and they said they couldn’t do this. - Only one bar open during the day (at the pool) so this was always quite busy. At night, the bar by the main buffet was open. - Fixtures and fittings in the room were a bit worn- there was a plug socket that was falling apart, the toilet flush was a bit temperamental (although I realise this could be a general thing in Greece), and lights at time didn’t work, including the do not disturb light on the door. - A major con for us, which again I reali
