Prachtig hotel, laagbouw, adult only, meerdere zwembaden, mooi uitzicht op achterliggende heuvels, vriendelijk personeel, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt in buffetvorm, wel huurauto nodig om eiland/bezienswaardigheden te ontdekken, strand op loopafstand.

Casa cook does not disappoint. The service and team at this property make the stay extra special. We celebrated my birthday at this hotel and I wouldn’t change a thing. The team went the extra mile to upgrade us to a very private villa and it turned out to be wonderful. In addition, Kostas one of the restaurant team remembered it was my birthday and had Prosecco and cake prepared as a nice surprise. The front desk staff were so accommodating to any and all requests and also were able to arrange several transfers we needed to marinas and from airport. We elected to do the half board which was perfect after long days of touring and boating outdoors we loved relaxing at the property and enjoying the mountains and breezes. Casa cook is the only place I would ever stay while in Rhodes. We hope if ever in Rhodes again that we can visit! Thank you casa cook for a wonderful few days of our Greek vacation!

The facilities are excellent, as well as the staff, they cannot do enough for you. Billy & Christopher made our stay extra special, so would like to thank them personally for making our time at Casa Cook even better. The hotel is situated in a lovely position with plenty of places to eat both locally run & internal to the hotel/ neighbouring hotels. Would definitely recommend visiting Casa Cook, as me & my partner will most certainly return.

Highly recommended!! This hotel gave us the best experiences we needed! The rooms are amazing, so is the food. The staff was high qualified, always smiling and super professional. We have to mention Costas the waiter , Theodor and the nice host we couldn’t catch her name. Thank you deeply, we will definitely come again.

All the staff were wonderful ,front desk helped in any way possible and restaurant manager and his team made sure every guest was made to feel special. Beautiful relaxing setting, we were upgraded to private pool but all the rooms looked lovely and were spotlessly clean .

It’s hard to pick one thing we liked, as everything from the room, the breakfast and the dinner (we had half board) were exceptional. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and even arranged a birthday cake for my partner on his birthday. They always made sure that our dietary requirements were met ( even with the birthday cake) and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Big shout out to Costas and Christoforos from the restaurant. I also had the most amazing spa treatment and felt that the stress of the last years were melted away! The maids were also very friendly and the room was always clean and spotless. The front desk staff (Especially Giovana (I think that was her name)) was always super friendly and helpful and always had an extra smile for us even when super busy. All in all it absolutely met and exceeded our very high expectations that we had for our vacation. We can’t wait to come back next year!
