I booked this apartment through ******* and paid over $500NZ for a 2 night stay. When Covid struck last year the cruise I was booked on cancelled the trip, and I received a refund. Singapore Airlines gave a full refund. ******* did not give any refunds, for airfares or accommodation. Coupons for travel later are fine, however on the date I am now booked for a cruise around Iceland Embassy apartments are booked. I have applied for a refund and been told no.
