The moment we entered this hotel we could smell damp, old furniture and generally unpleasant odour. Our keys had been left on table at reception. We went to the room which had 2 small children beds in and no space between or along walls. The carpet was dirty and the bed coverings old and cheap. The small bathroom was no better. We knew we couldn’t stay in this room in the original part of hotel. There was no staff on duty and the telephone number to call them wasn’t answered so we left and found accommodation elsewhere. We have never left a hotel on checking in before but knew we’d rather sleep in the car than stay here. This hotel should not be part of the Logis chain as it does not represent their usual standard and quality.

Only a quick Sunday night stop on the way home, but this little hotel never fails to impress. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright, and the breakfast is first-rate. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on this occasion. Owners are really friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located for access to Reims and so much more, with the Chemin des Dames Museum nearby.

This Logis at Corbeny is well located for people heading to or from the Channel ports as it is located just north of Reims with easy access to the autoroute. That said, it did not score highly among the many Logis that I have visited. Staff are friendly and helpful but the building, rooms and especially the dining room are lacking in any sort of character.”Functional” would be a good word to use. The room was dreary and appallingly badly lit (partly down to excessive energy-saving measures). The blind worked well, the wi-fi was fine and the bed comfortable enough, but there was nothing special here. The TV was a large Samsung smart product, but despite having one of these at home I found it difficult to work. Dinner and breakfast are served in a charmless dining room with the TV annoyingly on in the background. So if the location suits, it’s not a bad choice, but I know plenty of better ones.

Accueil génial par Isabelle et Colette sans chichi et d'une gentillesse comme on en trouve plus nul part, tout ce qu'on aime si vous voulez une expérience avec des frites aux maroilles et la cuisine authentique du terroir c'est l'adresse à ne pas manquer !!!👍👍👍

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel lors d’une visite à Reims. Comme c’est situé loin de la ville, nous avons opté pour le dîner en plus de la nuitée. La réceptionniste est très sympathique et nous a donné une chambre au rez-de-chaussée vu qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et qu’on avait deux valises! Le dîner n’était pas de la grande cuisine recherchée mais adapté au prix. La chambre assez grande ce qu’ils appellent « chambre confort » mais les serviettes de la salle de bain très vieilles et l’une d’elles trouée! Le petit déjeuner composé de viennoiseries et baguette avec du beurre, de la confiture et de la gelée, jus d’orange pas frais et thé ou café selon le choix ( là aussi c’est correct) Je ne veux en aucun cas blâmer le personnel qui était très serviable et souriant mais un petit effort pour améliorer la qualité des produits et un rafraîchissement sont indispensables pour que la clientèle soit maintenue!
