We arrived here after a night flight and a long bus ride from Heraklion Airport. We were both tired, and there was also a bit of confusion at check-in. We kind of thought things felt a little cold, but it eventually got better. We brought up our concerns, and the receptionist was understanding. The hotel manager also made efforts to turn things around. At lunch, we received extra food options and free drinks, which we considered kind and welcoming. We also mentioned a small issue in the room (a broken shower head), and it was fixed within a couple of hours. The staff showed they cared and really wanted us to have a good time. We would now consider coming back here.

Excellent location, lovely staff. Hotel very clean and rooms great. Bar prices reasonable. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Meals were ok plenty of choices and welcoming waiters

Great hotel. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods. Location perfect near the beach and the old town. The hotel was well kept and clean. Would recommend this! The beds were comfy and room was spacious. Bathroom had his and hers sinks which was very nice.

Check-in Warm welcome, very quick and efficient. Cold water in fridge in room with some biscuits and a bottle of wine. Staff Staff were lovely and such hard workers. Parking We hired a car and used the free street parking. It could be a struggle to find a spot at times but always managed. Room Very clean, fresh, modern. Robes and towels were a great addition. Beds slightly too hard for our liking but comfortable enough. Air conditioning was fantastic. Minimal noise from outside as our balcony faced the street. Breakfast and Dinner Very impressed, no complaints. I avoid dairy and there was plenty options for me. Lovely to sit outside! Food was very fresh and local, we are healthier eaters so felt catered for. Pool area and pool bar No issue getting sun beds, plenty shaded options. Lovely pool and very clean. Bar had a great selection of drinks. A few more small plate options would be appreciated on the menu. Portions were generous so good value for money. Sun bed towels provided. A bit annoying for non-smokers as there’s often no escape from cigarette smoke at times but it’s a personal complaint and I’m sure fine for most people. Check-out We have a late checkout but could keep our bags in a locked room and use pool facilities until we needed to leave. We used the shower in the gym to freshen up before leaving. Extra notes: We were very happy with our stay and would 100% return and recommend to friends and family. The location was absolutely perfect. We could be at the beach in one minute. Stayed here for 10 nights in July. Hotel is spotless with rooms cleaned daily. We stayed half board and the food was lovely with planty of veriaty which differed each night. Pool area was nice without the need to get up too early for sunbeds. Pool not large but most go to beach so plenty of space im the mornings and early afternoons. It did get busy later in the afternoon. Can't pick ant negatives. Staff always friendly and willing to go beyond yo please. Would definatley reccomend. Not too far from Rethymno center either

Amazing hotel,friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff.Our room was spacious,clean and very well decorated.Pool area was very modern too.Thanks to all the staff and management who made our holidays a dream!!I would visit again with pleasure!!!
