We came here last year and had a great time and loved every minute. However, this time round was a different experience. The staff are still great especially Joanna, but there were a few things which have put us off returning. I had emailed the hotel twice about having a twin room which when arriving it was made into a double. We spent a lot of money on a deluxe room and if you removed the sofa we may have had more room- not the case. They did rectify it the next day. No umbrellas on the deck with the sunbeds for the whole week. The temperatures were in the late 20s/early 30s. Surely this should have been sorted prior to opening?? The "big" doubles had a parasol but were very uncomfortable and also was a scramble to get them. 3 occasions our beds had our blankets folded at the end of the bed. Sounds bratty but when you're paying for "5 star" you kind of expect your beds to be made!? The cleanliness has certainly gone down since last year. Grimy communal areas such as by the pool. The pool itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned for several days by mid week. Such a shame as the staff are lovely but there's a lot of inconsistency. Definitely not 5 star.

Our stay at Atermono Boutique Resort & Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was flawless. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was luxurious and well-equipped, with stunning views and all the amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was abundant and of excellent quality, offering a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. Overall, an experience that exceeds expectations, and we will definitely return in the future!"
