You will love this hotel if you are looking for outdoor activities, a fantastic spa and great food! We stayed there in winter and I loved it. There was snow all around and made it perfect to sit in the sauna and look at the cold weather outside! The hotel is well appointed with Bavarian decor. The service is superb and the attention to detail is what you would expect from a Relais & Chateaux hotel. Congratulations to the management of the hotel for keeping delivering a great product. Top notch!

Stayed in one of the chalets for three nights. Fully equipped with everything needed for a long and wonderful stay. Comfortable in every way possible. Large bathrooms with all the amenities. Siting areas inside and outside (two patios). Very private and very quiet. Large sauna in the chalet. Outside of town – follow the directions. A deer park and Yaks across from the parking lot. Multiple ski jumps at the rear of the property. Breakfast is plentiful, service outstanding, very typical for Tyrol. Dinner is in multiple rooms all in typical Bavarian wood style. The dinner experience, with the Christmas decorations and menu to match the season, was spectacular. Wine prices are reasonable and look for the values from Baden. Service with everyone you encounter is friendly, with multiple languages spoken. Great experience in every way.

We though the hotel was in the town; as a matter of fact it is a couple of miles away. No walking to the city. The seting is OK. But nothing extraordinary ( like one would expect for a Relais Chateau). Room is nice. Good size, outside veranda. Bathroom OK. Weak water pressure on the shower. We got out of the shower to realize they had forgotten to leave towel in the room. The internal telephone system of the hotel was broken. I had to reach my phone and make an international call to reception in order to get towels… We rook the half board option. Dinner was “sad”. Just plain food. Far from what we imagined we would get at a relais chateau. Next day for breakfast, we ordered sunny side up eggs with bacon. The kitchen took 15 minutes to bring them. They were ugly in the look, and overcooked. The bacon was black and dripping oil.

This was a spontaneous overnight stop here as we were on the road from South Tyrol to Freizeitpark Ruhpolding. Our junior suite family room had adequate living and work space, open and light bathroom and an abundance of storage space. Wi-Fi was functional but not outstanding. Everything was immaculately clean! Situated in an oasis of calm and panoramic Mountain View’s I could imagine a weekend here indulging in tranquility. The swimming pool and wellness areas are new and luxurious. The gym was fantastic and they which even sported a peloton bike. Dinner as one would expect from a releux and chateaux hotel was outstanding. Julia, our waitress was just amazing! Breakfast was an la carte and buffet affair with all your breakfast wishes catered for. The milk rice was our favorite. Highly recommended and was pleasantly surprised. Compliments goes to all the hard working and dedicated professional staff.

Nice relaxing hotel with pro and cons. We felt torn. It’s a renovated hotel which offers high class chalets (own houses with sauna), newly renovated SPA and great kitchen. The kitchen received rewards and for that has high dinner prices. The breakfast ist diverse and you can order what ever you want! The SPA is located on two floors with saunas, lot of relaxing areas and an indoor pool. However our double bed room was a standard room without AC. No room has an AC, even suites not. Further the cleaning service was soso. No fill up of shower gel and changing of towels. Some rooms are refurbished, but not all. We spent before some days in a different 4S hotel and can only provide 4 stars here. The price performance relationship is not fair in our eyes. We think that the Owner want to create a luxury resort, however they only did it for some areas. There is still a way to go. All tourists needs to be treated the same, cause we all pay high prices and expect same quality.
