It has been our second time staying at the Homestead B&B, which is indeed a home away from home, except … that everything is done on your behalf with an ease and friendly smile by the hostesses Joe and David to your satisfaction! The premises are well maintained and beautifully decorated. Breakfast menus are appeared in your mail box every evening with a homemade special for the next morning and a list of items to choose from to satisfy your dietary needs. And last but not least important thing is its location - about 15 min drive to any attraction at Rehoboth Beach or Lewes!

The guys that own it run a top notch facility. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with comfortable seating and sleeping areas. The pillows were better than my own at home and the sheets were soft and cozy. The shower was superb, nice strong water pressure. Made use of the fridge and Kurig coffee machine every day. The grounds are kept in beautiful condition. Did not get to use the pool but it looks beautiful! The breakfasts served each morning were delicious and they give you many items to choose from. Only 2 blocks off the main highway and a very easy commute into downtown Rehoboth Beach full of stores, restaurants and the beach of course!! Highly recommend this B&B for anyone wanting a quite stay at the beach away from all the traffic and noise.

We had a great stay at the Homestead B&B. It is well located to explore the Delaware beaches and coastal area. Joe and David, the B&B owners will do everything possible to give their guests an excellent experience. Their daily changing breakfast choice was delicious and gave it another personal touch. We will be back !

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful, clean, quiet and well kept, dog friendly, adults only bed and breakfast! All your needs are taken care of, while simultaneously allowing you to feel that you are on a private, luxurious vacation. Breakfast prepared and served daily based on your own selections of food and time. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas (sun and rain), full supplies for your dog, coffee, tea, ice, chocolates always available. Beautiful grounds to stroll with fresh fruit trees, outdoor shower (both for people and dogs). Outdoor pool and very large, gated grass area where you can sit, relax and read in comfy chairs under the gazebo while your dog enjoys being off-leash. Large wrap around, screened in front porch for breakfast, reading. Rooms are beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are fully stocked with everything from large towels to first aid kits. You control your own air conditioning and can actually make it cold enough, unlike most hotels. If you are looking for an amazing bed and breakfast, you need to stay here! Highly recommend!!

Fist time traveling with our standard poodle. Place designed for pets with large enclosed dog park, special sheets and towels for dog and places for food etc. Conveniently located just off coastal highway. Breakfast very good and host were delightful

My husband and I stayed here with our two Westies and had a wonderful time! The cottage was so cozy and had a fenced in backyard for the pups! The hosts are so kind and the breakfasts were delicious! Highly recommended!!
