The extra-spacious bedroom features a plush king-size bed and an oversized closet, so you’ll have room to settle in and feel at home. Apartment comfortably accommodates 2 guests. Other things to note Guests will need to go up a set of stairs to access the apartment. $ Nightly rates include the 7% City Rental Accommodation Tax — no extra surprises! Please do not use the driveway next to the building. It must remain clear for local business access throughout the day. Winter Parking: Free street parking in winter. Summer Parking: Metered and permit-required parking in summer. We provide 1 parking permit for summer guests. Please return it at check-out—a $350 replacement fee applies if lost. Quick loading and unloading is allowed in the yellow zone if street parking isn’t available nearby. Beach Gear: Includes 1 umbrella and 2 beach chairs. No washer/dryer in unit. Please be mindful of noise during the day, as there's a retail store below and other tenants nearby.
